How we picked
We reviewed the years of experience and the credentials of each entry to check how well they conduct lip filler procedures.
We looked into customer reviews and interviewed former clients for valuable feedback about their experience in these clinics.
We looked at each entry’s list of lip filler services and assessed their capability to provide for the different needs of customers.
We reviewed each entry’s location as well as their operating hours. Clinics that are open longer throughout the week let customers get help sooner than later.

Cutis Medical Laser Clinics is located in Scotts Medical Center and is only a 2-minute walk from the Royal Plaza On Scotts bus stop. It’s also open from Monday to Saturday with relatively long operating hours.
The clinic is better known for laser procedures and Botox injections. Although, it also has various lip filler services.
In fact, it has 4 different lip fillers, which are Natural Collagen Stimulator, Restylane, Perlane, and Juvederm.
The most notable one is Juvederm because of its versatility. It can be used to contour the face, define the chin, reduce dark circles, and plump the lips.
This procedure is also more practical because it does not block nerve signals in the targeted area. Other lip fillers reduce muscle contractions in the area and may produce a more unnatural look.
Individuals can see full results after two weeks, which is something to consider if you are attending a special event because there will be swelling and bruising after the treatment.
This procedure will last you between 9 to 12 months and maintenance sessions may be required. However, this treatment is quite expensive.
When we interviewed previous clients, they told us that the Juvederm cost them about $560. They were happy with the results and procedure though, but we do want to point this out to inform readers who are working with a budget.
If you are looking for more affordable options, we recommend checking other entries on this list.
2. Shens Clinic
Services: Lip fillers, mole removal, acne scar removal, facelift, nose thread lift, and more
Address: Winsland House 1, #09-08, 3 Killiney Road, Singapore, Singapore 239519
Contact Details: +65 6904 4488
Monday – Friday: 9 am – 6 pm (9hrs)
Saturday: 9 am – 2 pm (5hrs)
|Google Reviews Score||4.4/5|
Shens Clinic is located in Winsland House, which is just in front of the Winsland bus stop. It’s open from Monday to Saturday, however, its operating hours are relatively shorter compared to other entries on this list.
On a brighter note, Dr. Shen has over 20 years of experience in the field of plastic surgery and aesthetic procedures. He is famous for providing South Korean lip filler treatments.
Dr. Shen mainly uses Cleviel, an FDA-approved, South Korean-produced dermal filler with a high concentration of biocompatible hyaluronic acid. This results in a higher lifting capacity and elasticity.
The clients we spoke to particularly commented on the quality of this procedure — it lasts much longer and is able to retain its shape better than other fillers.
They commented that Cleviel was able to stay in good condition for 15 to 16 months with very minimal maintenance. The only complaint we gathered was that the procedure was slightly more painful than other fillers.
Nevertheless, the recovery period is the same as other treatments, which is about 2 weeks.
Another thing noteworthy was the constant praise of the clinic’s staff for being very attentive to the customer during their entire stay in the establishment and being always ready to answer inquiries with a friendly smile.
3. SW1 Clinic
Services: Lip fillers, acne scar removal, liposuction, double chin reduction, hair removal, and more
Address: 290 Orchard Road, #13-01/2/3/4/5/6, Paragon, Singapore
Contact Details: +65 6817 8888
Monday – Friday: 9 am – 8 pm (11hrs)
Saturday – Sunday: 9 am – 4 pm (7hrs)
|Google Reviews Score||4.5/5|
SW1 Clinic can be found in the Paragon Shopping Centre and is a 5-minute stroll from the Opp Mandarin Orchard bus stop. It has the longest weekday operating hours on this list.
We recommend this place for individuals that are usually busy in the morning. Booking appointments later in the day is definitely an option here.
This clinic is relatively new. However, it has quickly grown in popularity because of its wide variety of aesthetic and plastic surgery treatments.
It also offers a great option for lip fillers by using a special kind of hyaluronic acid.
It’s FDA-approved and promises quick application with a short recovery time.
In fact, when we spoke to clients, they noted that the entire procedure was done in less than 30 minutes. Moreover, they really liked that the results were already evident after 7 days.
For a better perspective, other treatments for lip fillers usually last 30-40 minutes and the recovery period is 2 weeks. For those seeking a faster-resulting procedure, we highly recommend trying SW1 Clinic.
However, we did hear some negative experiences from clients about the staff being rude. They said that they don’t listen to the questions and cut them off mid-sentence, which is quite frustrating.
On the bright side, the feedback about the doctors was quite positive. Many found them to be easy-going and informative.
4. Lux Medical Aesthetic Clinic
Services: Lip fillers, acne scar removal, fat freeze, pore tightening, calf reduction, and more
Address: 2 Handy Rd, #02-09 The Cathay, Singapore
Contact Details: +65 6815 9922
Monday – Friday: 10:30 am – 8 pm (9.3hrs)
Saturday: 10:30 am – 4 pm (5.3hrs)
|Google Reviews Score||4.7/5|
|Facebook Reviews Score||5/5|
Lux Medical Aesthetic Clinic is situated inside The Cathay shopping mall and is only a 2-minute walk from the YMCA bus stop.
Its interiors are one of the crowd favorites as it resembles more of a luxurious private spa than a medical facility. However, it is quite smaller than our other entries.
The medical director of this establishment, Dr. Kellyn Shiau, is certified by the Ministry of Health and a member of the American Academy of Aesthetic Medicine. She specializes in thread lifts, lasers, fillers, and jaw reduction, to name a few.
When we interviewed past clients, they really liked the doctor’s bedside manners and the overall discreet approach to the treatment. She was always very careful with any procedure and checked if customers are comfortable during treatment.
Lux Medical uses collagen for lip filler treatments and this produces thicker and plump-looking lips — an ideal outcome for individuals with very thin lips, such as much older people.
It usually takes 5 to 6 injections to get the desired effect. However, the downtime is relatively shorter compared to other treatments — expect results within 3 to 5 days.
Overall, this clinic is a great choice for anyone and its lip filler services are an ideal choice for more mature individuals who wish to revitalize their lips.
5. Radium Medical Aesthetic
Services: Lip fillers, hair removal, acne scar removal, tattoo removal, skin resurfacing, and more
Address: 3 Temasek Boulevard, North Wing, Tower 2, #03-325/326 Suntec City Mall, Singapore
Contact Details: +65 6837 0507
Monday – Saturday: 10:30 am – 8 pm (9.3hrs)
|Google Reviews Score||4.8/5|
|Facebook Reviews Score||4.9/5|
Radium Medical Aesthetic is stationed in Suntec City and is just beside the Suntec City bus stop. It is open from Monday to Saturday with extended operating hours throughout the week.
This place is ideal for busy clients seeking lip filler treatments, especially those who prefer weekend appointments.
Radium’s medical director, Dr. Siew Tuck Wah, has 15 years of experience practicing anti-aging medicine, non-invasive treatments, and also skincare. He is a well-known lecturer at medical conferences regarding aesthetic procedures.
No wonder the clients we spoke to felt at ease and safe during consultations with Dr. Siew. They noted that he is highly informative and attentive from start to end and provided plenty of details about the procedure.
The clinic uses the standard hyaluronic acid for lip fillers. It is injected into the targeted area and provides more structure and also helps give a supple outcome, thus a more natural look.
The downsides are the rather short lifespan of the procedure. It lasts 6 months but with consistent maintenance, it bumps it up to 12 months or more.
Be that as it may, this FDA-approved product is safe with standard recovery time. Dr. Siew recommends icing the lips and taking supplements such as Omega-3 to support the healing process.
