Pros
- 5-minute walk from the National Youth Council bus stop
- Fairly long operating hours
- Has a wide selection of aesthetic treatments
- Affordable nose filler services
- Has 2 unique nose filler options
Cons
- Strict 2-year expiry date for package services
- Can be hard to book appointments
Tiffiny Yang Aesthetics is located in Orchard Building and is a 5-minute walk from the National Youth Council bus stop. It is open from Monday to Saturday with fairly long operating hours.
Do note that booking can be quite difficult because the clinic is very much in demand and the location has high foot traffic.
Its core philosophy revolves around the idea that the solution to aesthetic problems is not always a one-way street. Therefore, having a wide set of solutions and treatments is necessary to alleviate the issues from its core.
That being said, this clinic provides a wide range of services for any need of its customer and recommends the best treatment possible to get satisfying results.
To start, Tiffiny Yang Aesthetics has two options for nose fillers, and each one tackles a specific need of those interested in getting non-invasive services.
First, the nose filler procedure is done by injecting hydraulic acid into the desired location beneath the skin of the nose to shape and contour.
Hydraulic acid is a natural element found in our skin and cartilage. So it is definitely safe to use and compatible with human bodies.
The result of this procedure is a higher bridge and a smaller tip for the nose. The rates start at $540.
Second, the nose thread lift procedure is almost the same as the first treatment, but the target area is different, usually underneath the nose’s tip.
The outcome is a more defined bridge and a sharper, contoured nose top. This one starts at $520.
With that said, its nose filler services are of the most affordable ones on this list.
We do want to point out that this clinic has a very strict 2-year expiry for its services.
A client we spoke to had a bad experience regarding this because she was not able to consume all her 12 package sessions in time and Tiffiny Yang Aesthetics was adamant to continue regardless of her reasons.

Pros
- 15-minute walk from the Delfi Orchard bus stop
- Extended operating hours even on Saturdays
- Has a wide selection of aesthetic treatments
- Versitille aesthetic filler material
- FDA and HSA approved
- Can contour the nose in better detail
Cons
- Rather expensive rates
- Doctors are late for appointments
Privé Clinic is located in Palais Renaissance shopping mall, just beside the Delfi Orchard bus stop.
It is open from Monday to Saturday with extended operating hours. People with packed weekly agendas can find more opportunities to get services here.
However, when we spoke to previous clients, some mentioned that they waited a long time for the doctor to arrive. Some claimed to have waited for 40 minutes.
Moving forward, this clinic is more known for its aesthetic laser procedures but it also has cosmetic injectables such as nose filler treatments that we believe to be quite noteworthy.
Privé uses two unique materials for nose fillers, which are very versatile because they can also be used in other parts of the face, such as the jaw, cheeks, lips, and temple.
The poly lactic acid material and polydioxanone are the fillers used for multiple locations on the face. They are also FDA and HSA-approved.
This minimally-invasive procedure usually lasts for about 12 to 20 months, which is relatively longer than most fillers. For a better perspective, Juvederm only lasts a year or less.
The results of this clinic’s nose filler service are immediate, but take note that you may experience swelling for around 2 days. However, there is no downtime.
Overall, we believe this medical establishment’s nose fillers are very adaptable and can be used in great detail to create and contour the nose with better dexterity than other materials.
Its rates are quite expensive though. It is going to cost you $900 per area of application.

Pros
- Just next to the Royal Thai Embassy bus stop
- Open on Saturdays
- 9 years of experience in the industry
- Uses an enhanced aesthetic filler material
- Long-lasting results
- Uses numbing cream to ease pain during procedure
Cons
- Expensive rates
- Assistants known to upsell or hard sell
- Relatively long procedure
- Relatively short operating hours on Saturdays
Astique Clinic has 9 years of experience and is located in Shaw House. It is next to the Royal Thai Embassy bus stop.
It is open from Monday to Saturday. However, the operating hours are relatively shorter than our other entries on this list, especially on weekends.
This clinic uses a variety of Juvederm dermal fillers. It is an enhanced variety and has better longevity than its primary counterpart.
For nose fillers, Juvederm Voluma or Volux are used. These are significantly better as they last over 2 years, unlike the standard kind, which only lasts around a year or less.
The application of this procedure is relatively longer though. You can expect to be in session for about 40 to 60 minutes.
However, it is less painful because this clinic includes a numbing cream before the injection.
We find this pretty convenient because other places charge you extra for this kind of special liniment. However, its rates are pretty high to begin with anyway.
Depending on which area, rates range from $900 to $1,000. The clients we spoke to also commented that this clinic likes to upsell and hard sell its services.
Some even said that the assistants pointed out areas on her face and criticized them in an attempt to add treatments to those areas.
While we understand that they might just be committed and passionate about giving individuals the best-looking result possible, it may rub other people the wrong way.

Pros
- 2-minute walk from the Aft Dhoby Ghaut Station bus stop
- Relatively long operating hours on weekdays
- Luxurious interior design
- Individualized service with consultations
- Has plenty of aesthetic services
- Long-lasting end results
- Less tedious nose filler procedure
- Integrates two nose filler treatments if necessary
- No hard selling
Cons
- Expensive rates
Lux Medical Aesthetic Clinic is located in The Cathay Residences, which is a short 2-minute stroll from the Aft Dhoby Ghaut Station bus stop.
This clinic is one of the most well-known aesthetic clinics in Singapore because of its wide selection of aesthetic services as well as its luxurious-looking interiors.
Moreover, it has a comprehensive pre-procedure process where clients discuss their needs and expectations with the doctor who will work with them during the treatment.
This personalized service helps individuals get a better sense of what they want before starting.
Lux Medical uses a special hydraulic acid with a numbing agent mixed into it for its nose fillers. This creates a more seamless process since there are fewer steps before the procedure.
Like most clinics, it uses two options, which are thread lifts and fillers. However, it can use both when it is deemed ideal based on the consultation.
This procedure has a long lifespan, which lasts more than 2 years. Although, the rates are quite expensive because nose filler treatments start at $1,200.
We do want to point out that despite the high price tag, results would most likely be more appreciated by clients because of the individualized consultation that happens before the procedure.
The people we spoke to shared plenty of positive feedback on their experience here. Clients pointed out that consultations really helped adjust their expectations and they also liked that the doctors did not hard sell any treatment to them.
5. The Clifford Clinic

Pros
- Easily accessible through the Raffles Place MRT station
- Relatively long operating hours
- 40 years of experience
- Has consultations pre-treatment and post-treatment
- Has plenty of services
- Natural looking results
- Holds nose shape better than other fillers
- Results have relatively long lifespan
Cons
- Expensive rates
- Semi-permanent nature of the procedure could be hard to manage if complications arise
The Clifford Clinic is located in Clifford Center and can be accessed easily through the Raffles Place MRT station. Moreover, it is open significantly longer from Monday to Saturday.
This clinic has over 40 years of experience in aesthetics and plastic surgery. It is also a well-known establishment for reconstructive procedures.
With that said, it has the widest selection of services on this list because it can perform surgical procedures as well as non-invasive treatments.
For nose fillers, it uses hydraulic acid or calcium hydroxyapatite. This clinic’s hydraulic acid product is very much similar to other entries on this list.
However, its calcium hydroxyapatite is quite special. It is a mineral commonly found in human bones, which means it is a much firmer product compared to other fillers used for aesthetic procedures.
This semi-permanent treatment is less likely to deform through time and it typically lasts 11 to 15 months. While its lifespan is not the longest, it retains the shape of the nose much better due to its stronger nature.
With that said, if clients are not pleased with the result or worse, if complications occur down the road, they would have to wait for the body to naturally break it down through time or opt for surgery.
However, a rare case, it can be avoided because this clinic has consultations and testing before the procedure.
The rates are expensive at The Clifford Clinic because it is $1,200 + GST per 1ml. Even though it is pricy, we believe this yields the best-looking nose filler procedure due to the quality of the material used.
The clients we spoke to noted that this procedure creates a more natural look and is less painful despite its firmer consistency. They also commented on the professional service they received, which included post-review sessions.
