  • Extended operating hours on Saturdays
  • Well-renowned for natural-looking and high-quality otoplasty services
  • Over 10 years of experience
  • Has extensive training in complex reconstructive procedures

Cons

  • Heavy traffic in the area
  • Does not have a second branch
  • Pricey rates

Dr. Leo Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery is situated inside Mount Elizabeth Hospital. It is just a 5-minute stroll from the Lucky Plaza bus stop.

It has extended operating hours on Saturdays but does not have a second branch around Singapore. Those who reside outside Orchard may find the traffic in the area to be quite heavy.

Dr. Leo Aesthetic is a well-renowned establishment for those who want high-quality otoplasty services that look natural.

This establishment is led by Dr. Leo Kah Woon, who incorporates cosmetics with scientific techniques to provide the best outcome possible.

He has over 10 years of experience and extensive training in complex reconstructive procedures using modern and minimally invasive techniques.

This is ideal for those who want to have a relatively conservative approach to otoplasty.

Dr. Leo offers two ear reconstruction procedures — one for adults and another for children.

The former is a straightforward treatment and only uses local anesthesia. The latter, on the other hand, is more complicated and would require general anesthesia.

Otoplasty and ear lobe repairs among kids are not uncommon for those who went through difficulties during childbirth.

We want to highlight that both procedures only have minimal downtime. Additionally, the clinic has a 24-hour hotline for those who need emergency medical attention post-surgery.

Overall, this clinic is an ideal one-stop shop for general reconstructive needs, which caters to all individuals. The rates are understandably in the expensive range but most clients we talked to are happy with the care they received despite the high price tag.

Pros

  • Just beside the Novena bus stop
  • Second branch located in Novena
  • Standard operating hours from Monday to Friday
  • Houses 3 highly skilled doctors
  • Has over 50 years of combined clinical experience
  • Accredited by Singapore’s Ministry of Health
  • Offers a diverse range of otoplasty procedures
  • Can work on children as young as age 6

Cons

  • Closes early on Saturdays
  • Expensive rates

AZATACA is found inside Royal Square Medical, which is just beside the Novena bus stop. It has standard operating hours from Monday to Friday but closes fairly early on Saturday.

If you prefer weekend appointments, we suggest booking in advance because the place usually has plenty of customers with different cosmetic concerns.

However, it has a second branch located in Novena, which makes it a bit more accessible than most clinics.

Additionally, AZATACA has a somewhat bigger team than other medical establishments. It has three skilled cosmetic specialists with experience in reconstructive services such as otoplasty.

It’s led by Doctors Mohamed Rasheed, Terence Goh, and Christopher Chui. They are renowned surgeons who are accredited by Singapore’s Ministry of Health.

It offers ear splinting and nonsurgical correction procedures for adults and children as young as age 6, a task most experts don’t have the experience or skill to perform.

Because of AZATACA’s team of specialists that have more than 50 years of combined experience, these high-risk procedures are possible.

Unfortunately, its services are relatively more expensive than our other entries, which may be a problem for those individuals needing otoplasty procedures with a fixed budget in mind.

Overall, this clinic is an excellent destination because of its highly-skilled team of doctors. Its second branch makes it more accessible to individuals needing expert otoplasty services.

Pros

  • Just in front of the Tang Plaza bus stop
  • Closes late on Friday
  • Has a variety of ear repair options and other aesthetic services
  • Natural-looking and symmetrical results
  • Thorough screenings lead to the best treatment option possible
  • Standard rates
  • Provides a medical butler with transportation service

Cons

  • Haphazard operating hours
  • Found in only one location
  • Opens later in the morning

Allure Plastic Surgery is located in ION Orchard center and is just in front of the Tang Plaza bus stop.

It has a haphazard business schedule, but it closes significantly later on Fridays. It does not have a second branch on the island.

Besides otoplasty and reconstruction treatments, Allure has a variety of aesthetic services that individuals may include in their ear procedures to have a more desirable outcome.

Having said that, this clinic is well-known for providing natural-looking and symmetrical results.

It is recognized for its South Korean cosmetics and aesthetics principles, which strictly follow specific measurements to ensure results look in line with the individual’s facial structure, thus resulting in a more balanced appearance.

Depending on your major ear deformity, otoplasty and other prominent ear restorations at the clinic only take about an hour or two.

That said, the procedure here is relatively longer than in most places. On the bright side, its rates follow the standard rates.

Before having the operation, clients are thoroughly evaluated. Dr. Samuel Ho, the clinic’s chief surgeon, will assess the abnormality during the consultation and decide the best treatment course.

Another notable thing about this place is that it provides a medical butler with transportation service. This is a particularly excellent feature for post-operative patients who need assistance traveling for follow-up appointments.

The only downside is that Allure opens later in the morning. We recommend reserving at least a week in advance to ensure you get the best schedule possible.

4. Shens Clinic

Pros

  • 3-minute walk from the Somerset Station bus stop
  • Expended operating hours on Saturdays
  • Provides otoplasty and ear lobe repair for adults and kids
  • Natural-looking and symmetrical outcomes
  • Can operate on infants
  • Short recovery period
  • Diverse otoplasty options

Cons

  • Does not have a second location
  • Expensive rates

Shens Clinic is situated in the Winsland House office building, which is a 3-minute walk from the Somerset Station bus stop.

It has regular operating hours on weekdays, but it closes relatively late on Saturdays.

Sadly, it does not have a second location in Singapore.

Dr. Shenthilkumar Naidu is known for using cutting-edge equipment and tools to carry out his in-demand operations, such as otoplasty. He is a plastic surgeon that specializes in South Korean aesthetics.

Dr. Shens provides otoplasty and ear lobe repair for adults and kids. The clients we interviewed claimed that the results looked very natural and proportional to the shape of their faces.

Dr. Shens employs an ear splinting technique for his younger patients that is safe for babies as young as six months old. This is one of the few clinics that can provide otoplasty services for infants.

The process is non-invasive, although it takes some time before the ear begins to change form. For older patients that need otoplasty, ear lobe augmentation, pinback, and reduction are the ideal procedures.

These treatments have a short recovery period, so patients may quickly resume their regular routines.

The clinic’s services are highly expensive, as one would anticipate from a well-known surgeon like Dr. Shens.

Having said that, it is vital to get in touch with the clinic in advance if you want to know more about how much your insurance may cover.

5. Colin Tham Plastic Surgery Clinic

Pros

  • 3-minute walk from the Orchard station bus stop
  • Has extensive training in accomplishing simple to difficult otoplasty procedures
  • Natural-looking otoplasty services
  • Has international experience
  • Wide range of ear reconstruction treatments
  • Diverse otoplasty options

Cons

  • Does not have a second location
  • Haphazard procedure length
  • Closes early on Saturdays

Colin Tham Plastic Surgery Clinic is found inside the Lucky Plaza shopping center. It is just a 3-minute stroll from the Orchard station bus stop.

It has standard business hours from Monday to Friday, but it only has one branch open in Singapore. This may be a problem for those who reside outside the Central Region.

This clinic is led by Dr. Colin Tham, who has extensive training in accomplishing simple to complex ear reconstruction procedures. Patients and colleagues in the field highly regard his international experience.

In otoplasty procedures, Dr. Tham conducts earlobe repairs and adjusts ear diameters and cartilage defects. This attention to detail delivers a more defined shape that is preferred by those who want a more natural look.

Even though the treatments are frequently done in under two hours, the difficulty of the surgical approach may vary according to how severe the patient’s ear deformity is.

That being said, the duration of otoplasty procedures here is relatively more haphazard than in other clinics.

It’s also important to remember that Colin Tham Plastic Surgery closes quite early on Saturdays. Therefore, we advise booking your consultations in advance with Dr. Tham to make sure you get a slot.

Overall, individuals seeking otoplasty and ear lobe correction should consider this clinic, especially those with a more severe condition.

However, if that’s the case, ensure you’re not busy because you might need more time for the otoplasty treatment.
