The Dermatology Practice is situated inside Mount Elizabeth Medical Center, a 5-minute walk from the Orchard Station bus stop. It is open from Monday to Saturday but has very short operating hours on weekends.

However, this clinic has 2 other branches in Novena and Gleneagles. That being said, there’s probably a clinic near you!

What impressed us with this medical establishment is its reasonably large team of dermatologists. There are 6 professionals who have decades of combined clinical experience.

It also has a broad range of laser pigmentation treatments, from YAG to PICO lasers. Both are fairly similar and just differs in strength.

The YAG method is ideal for those who have sensitive skin. It is less intense than the PICO treatment, however, requires more sessions to get the desired results. 

The key takeaway is that while the YAG procedure is ideal for most skins, it may cost more. 

PICO is perfect for those who are in a rush. However, due to its strength, it may be a more uncomfortable treatment.

We also liked that this clinic has pediatric dermatology for children who are suffering from skin ailments. This may be ideal for parents who can hit two birds with a stone.

The negative feedback we gathered is from the front desk staff. Clients told us they have seen negative encounters when they called to make inquiries.

To end on a high note, this establishment has good options for laser pigmentation treatments and is easy to find because of its multiple branches. 

We think it has an edge over the competition by offering services for both the young and old!

The Specialist Skin Clinic is conveniently located inside the Orchard Building, which is just beside the Somerset MRT station. It is open from Monday to Saturday with extended operating hours.

This makes it an ideal destination for those who prefer weekend sessions. However, it only has one branch open, which may be a problem for those who live outside the Central Business District.

This clinic has been operating since 1990 and has comprehensive dermatological and cosmetic services. Its team has over 60 years of combined experience, the most on this list!

The Specialist Skin Clinic has 3 different services for pigmentation removal. It has 2 variants of the YAG procedure and a unique fractional Co2 laser.

The latter is able to require less recovery time since the laser is narrower and targets the skin in a more detailed manner.

The clients we interviewed supported this claim and they also noticed a positive result even after the treatment. 

Moreover, the dermatologists here are fluent in Mandarin, English, Malay, and other dialects, which makes communication during consultations much easier.

However, this clinic’s services are quite expensive. It’ll cost you $180 for the consultation fee alone.

Be that as it may, we believe the rates are justified because of the great customer service and broad selection of treatments.

The staff is competent in dealing with its patrons and the dermatologists make it a point to educate individuals about the procedures they have chosen.

Assurance Skin, Laser & Aesthetics is located inside the Mount Elizabeth Novena Hospital, which is a 6-minute walk from the Novena Station bus stop. It is open all week except Sundays with regular operating hours.

However, it does not have any other branches around the island. If you live outside the Central Region, you might have a hard time reaching this place because of the traffic along Irrawaddy Road.

This clinic is led by Dr. Wong Soon Tee, who has 28 years of experience. He can correctly identify the cause of pigmentations and suggest the treatment for you!

For pigmentation treatments, the clinic has two options — the Helios III and Stellar M22.

Helios III is ideal for sensitive skin and those who have freckles or age spots. This treatment also has fewer post-inflammation effects than most lasers.

Stellar M22 is a more advanced procedure that is scientifically proven to reduce 85% of any pigmentation. The only catch is that you would need about 3 sessions to get the desired effect.

The previous clients we talked to liked Dr. Wong’s approach to his clients. For instance, a patient who has been dealing with acne scars was not initially comfortable with the suggested treatment. 

Because of this, the doctor solely went with a treatment she was comfortable doing. We appreciate that Dr. Wong did not do any hard-selling with the individual and it reflects his commitment to customer satisfaction!

Veritas Medical Aesthetics is located in Capitol Piazza mall and is accessible by taking the City Hall MRT. It is open all week long with extended operating hours, making it an ideal destination for busy bees!

Unfortunately, it does not have other locations available. We find this frustrating because of how much we like the services offered here.

The clinic is led by Dr. Chua Cheng Yu, an accredited doctor with more than 9 years of experience in the industry. 

Dr. Chua has a special approach to solving any skin pigmentation conditions. She uses a combination of laser procedures. 

Because of this, she is able to customize the intensity of the treatment, making it more comfortable for most skins. This approach is backed up by the comments of previous clients.

For instance, a person was surprised by the initial session alone because it significantly reduced her freckles while clearing up some scarring from her acne. 

The clinic has plenty of other treatments like mole removal and facelifting. We recommend Veritas Medical for anyone who wants a full package to go along with their pigmentation removal.

Be that as it may, these modern procedures are quite expensive. Moreover, other patients claimed that this medical establishment has an apparent tendency to hard sell some of its services.

Nevertheless, its availability, knowledge, and advanced techniques are top-notch! 

The Ozhean Zoey Medical and Aesthetic Clinic is easily found along the 111 Somerset building. It is just next to the National Youth Council bus stop.

Sadly, it does not have other branches around Singapore. However, it has extended operating hours on weekdays.

Dr. Park Ji-Youn is Ozhean’s founder and director. She is a board-certified dermatologist from South Korea who focuses on holistic skin preservation by using products like moisturizers and maintaining proper nutrition.

For pigmentation treatment, Dr. Park uses a unique set of PicoMax procedures. Namely, the Proyellow, Advanced Nano, and the standard Pico laser.

The patients we interviewed claimed that the clinic’s PicoMax laser program provided consistent and clear results with a youthful-looking glow!

We recommend this package for much older individuals who want to remove unwanted skin pigmentation and age-related wrinkles.

The clients we talked to also commented on the friendly staff who were very helpful in answering queries about their services and products for sale. 

However, its online support team is not as well received. A client told us that when she got in touch with Ozhean’s Instagram account, she received snarky answers from the user.

Nevertheless, we recognize that this is something that can be easily fixed. Overall, we like the diverse laser procedures that this clinic offers.
