It has regular operating hours but closes early on Saturdays. 

What we like about this clinic is the large team of dermatologists it has compared to most medical establishments.

Six professionals have decades of collective clinical experience and are experts in managing common skin problems.

The clinic has gorgeous interiors but its equipment is a bit basic. Nevertheless, it has all the standard facilities for most treatments individuals need.

What we keep getting from client feedback is this establishment’s ability to treat and work with younger patients. If you are looking for a skin specialist for your children, this may be a great option for you.

The downside of The Dermatology Practice is that its receptionists have problems responding to customers calling in. Some clients mentioned waiting too long or not getting an answer.

This medical establishment’s customer service is an area of criticism.

Nevertheless, this is a great place that is very easy to find with its multiple branches. It also has standard prices for its services and we believe it can aid you or your child with your skin-related problems.

TWL Specialist Skin & Laser Centre is found in Royal Square Medical Centre, which is just beside the Novena Station bus stop. It has long operating hours but is unavailable from 1 pm to 2 pm.

Sadly, it only has one branch open in Singapore. This may be a difficult place to reach for those who live outside the Novena area. 

Led by Dr. Teo Wan Lin, this skin specialist center is a widely known aesthetic treatment provider on the island. Dr. Teo is a prominent figure in skincare and the beauty industry.

Moreover, she has developed her own cosmeceutical products, Dr. TWL Dermaceuticals. It is widely used and has been featured in prominent publications like  The New York Times Style.

Having said that, her diverse clientele has unanimously praised TWL’s treatments. This clinic is in demand, and this is why it is usually fully booked.

Getting appointments may be a challenge. Those who are in need of immediate attention may find luck elsewhere.

For example, some individuals we interviewed waited 2 working days to receive a reply about their planned sessions. We recommended booking 2 weeks in advance.

That being said, the wait is worth it. Overall, its services are reasonably priced and the appointments are very informative. 

Dr. Teo also recommends skincare routines to help target different skin concerns, which clients can follow at home. 

Specialist Skin Clinic is conveniently found on Orchard Road. It is within walking distance from the Somerset MRT station.

It has consistent operating hours and closes a bit later on Saturdays. However, it does not have a second location in Singapore.

Out of all the entries here, this medical establishment has the most experience. Specialist Skin Clinic has been in the beauty industry since 1990. 

It has become a reliable destination, thanks to its extensive dermatological and cosmetic services.

The team in Specialist Skin Clinic has over 60 years of combined experience handling medical, cosmetic, and pediatric dermatology. The staff is fluent in Mandarin, English, Malay, and other dialects, which ensures accommodation for all.

This clinic has a broad range of services but it does not rely on them. Instead, it teaches clients other approaches to handling skin ailments.

It encourages a more holistic approach, like proper nutrition and an overall fit lifestyle. This enables individuals to tackle skin problems from multiple factors of life and make solutions more sustainable.

However, this medical establishment is not particularly budget-friendly. For instance, the consultation fee costs $180.

Nevertheless, we believe it’s all worth it. Moreover, the assistants here are competent with both young and old patients.

Assurance Skin, Laser & Aesthetics is located in Mount Elizabeth Novena Hospital, which is just a 6-minute walk from the Bef Novena Station Exit B bus stop. 

It has haphazard operating hours and closes a bit early on Thursdays and Saturdays. Sadly, it only has one branch on the island. 

Assurance Skin, Laser & Aesthetics is a well-distinguished clinic led by Dr. Wong, who has 28 years of experience. When we talked to previous clients, they unanimously liked the doctor’s easygoing attitude and said he did not hard sell any skin treatments.

For example, a patient who has been suffering from severe acne said that Dr. Wong solely went with the services she was comfortable taking.

We really like the clinic’s clean and cozy atmosphere. It compares to a private spa, which makes the ambiance warm and welcoming.

Furthermore, its facilities are up-to-date and equipped with modern surgery operating rooms with x-ray and MRI/CT scanning.

Its consultation fee is also in the more affordable range, starting at $100. However, we did gather some minor complaints.

For instance, a client complained that other staff members here seem uninterested or tired. This may be because of the high volume of individuals it caters to daily.

Having said that, they still provide insightful information during inquiries. 

Dermatology & Co is Found inside the Gleneagles Hospital. It is just next to the S’pore Botanic Gardens bus stop.

It has regular operation hours but does not have a second location on the island.

Having said that, Dermatology & Co is one of the more notable skin care clinics in Singapore. This is because of its well-regarded doctors, Dr. Ker and Dr. Tan. 

They have appeared on television, notably on Medicorp Channel 8. They are also quite active in the social media sphere because they provide webinars on Facebook about eczema and skin care.

Dr. Ker and Dr. Tan share 12 years of experience in clinical practice. 

The staff is noted to be very friendly and welcoming by previous clients we spoke to. Speaking with them, we found out that Dermatology & Co prioritized their comfort during sessions.

For example, a customer who had surgery scheduled noted that the staff noticed he was quite apprehensive. They then offered to play some music he enjoyed to help him calm down.

However, the rates are on the expensive side. The consultation fee will already cost $160. 

But considering that the clinic has top-notch treatments, and the customer service is superb, you get what you pay for here.

While we’ve heard of so many positive things about them, there are some who have said that the treatments did not work for them.

Dr. Ho, with his qualifications in Clinical Dermatology from the University of London and extensive experience in aesthetic procedures, and Dr. Lau, with her rich medical background and specialization in aesthetics, form a formidable team dedicated to delivering high-quality, personalized care. 

From acne scar treatments, such as Fractional CO2 Laser and Subscision, to pigmentation and melasma treatments using advanced laser technologies, the clinic provides comprehensive solutions for various skin concerns.
