AZATACA Plastic Surgery Centre is one of the most preferred medical establishments on the island because of its wide variety of services, from body contouring to reconstructive surgery. 

It is inside the Royal Square Medical Center and is just a 2-minute stroll from the Novena Station bus stop. This place is open relatively longer on weekdays but has one of the shortest operating hours on Saturdays.

We particularly like that this clinic has two options for tummy tuck procedures, one is the standard treatment and the other is mini abdominoplasty.

For the second option, narrower incisions are made along the bikini line and the skin of the abdomen is raised off the muscle fascia. It is then pulled downwards and excess tissue is discarded.

We recommend mini abdominoplasty for those who have loose skin, relaxed muscles, and fat deposits concentrated below the belly. Usually, this is a relatively more conservative procedure for women who recently gave birth.

The customers we interviewed really liked the results of these services. However, some were offended when the assistant discussed other scheduled appointments while in the middle of surgery.

It’s open from Monday to Saturday with extended operating hours, especially on Fridays. However, its weekday schedule is a little haphazard.

This clinic is led by Dr. Samuel Ho, who has years of practice in aesthetic procedures. Furthermore, it also has experienced and professional nurses and support staff.

The clients we talked to value this clinic’s in-depth consultations where Dr. Samuel guides them through what the procedure entails, the risks involved, and other facts to manage expectations.

However, they did also mention that the consultation fees here are quite expensive, costing $180.

On a more positive note, this medical establishment can also provide hotel accommodations and chauffeur services to foreign clients!

We also liked that Allure has four kinds of tummy tuck services, which are mini tummy tuck, full tummy tuck, belt lipectomy, and lipo-abdominoplasty.

We particularly liked lipo-abdominoplasty because it’s a unique combination of liposuction and tummy tuck procedures, which delivers a more desired result. 

You can also use the fat harvested in the treatment for a belt lipectomy, more commonly known as the buttock lift.

Dr. Marco Faria Correa Plastic Surgery is situated inside the Mount Elizabeth Novena Specialist Center, which is a 6-minute walk from the Novena Station bus stop. It’s open from Monday to Friday with long operating hours.

However, this place is closed on Saturdays. In fact, it’s the only one on this list that does not operate on weekends, which is unfortunate for those who are busy during weekdays.

Be that as it may, this clinic’s medical director, Dr. Marco Faria Correa, is an established cosmetic surgeon with three decades of experience in plastic surgery, microsurgery, and reconstructive surgery.

This clinic has seven kinds of tummy tuck treatments — vertical, anchor, circumferential, mini, traditional bikini line, endoscopic, and robotic tummy tuck. Each one caters to a specific need of a client and what kind of skin they have.

This medical establishment has the most diverse list of tummy tuck services, and we highly recommend it for those seeking more options or who have specific skin issues.

The clients we spoke to like the clinic’s customer service. It offers 24-hour on-call support for post-surgery clients and during consultations, Dr. Marco provides the necessary information about the procedure and also gives realistic expectations.

However, this place may be unavailable for certain months because Dr. Correa travels a lot for his practice. We recommend calling in first to confirm if it’s open.

Hong Plastic Surgery is a known provider of reconstructive surgery and aesthetic treatments. It also offers non-invasive therapies, from breast procedures to fillers.

This clinic is located inside Mount Alvernia Hospital and is just a 5-minute walk from the Mount Alvernia Hospital bus stop. 

It’s open from Monday to Friday with relatively long operating hours. However, it is unavailable between 1 pm and 2 pm on weekdays.

The resident surgeon, Dr. Hong Soo Wan, is fluent in English, Malay, Hokkien, and Mandarin, enabling him to provide a better customer experience for a more extensive set of clients in Singapore.

While this clinic’s tummy tuck services are not as diverse as other entries on this list, many clients we spoke to unanimously appreciated the results and services they received.

They shared how they loved Dr. Hong’s skill in making treatments look natural. They also mentioned that the staff is very kind and helpful, especially during bookings and appointments.

However, this clinic’s team is relatively smaller than our other entries on this list. Therefore, booking treatments may be difficult due to the long queue.

If you are in a hurry to get a tummy tuck procedure, you may find better luck with the other clinics we listed here. Nevertheless, we believe Dr. Hong is worth the wait!

Sweng Plastic Aesthetic and Reconstructive Surgery is found in Farrer Park, which is only a 2-minute walk from the Farrer Park Station Exit A bus stop. It’s open from Monday to Saturday, however, its operating hours on Saturdays are quite short.

This medical establishment is accredited by the Ministry of Health, which made it a popular destination for aesthetic treatments and plastic surgery services.

It has four options for tummy tuck treatments — fleur de lis, conventional, mini, and belt abdominoplasty.

We particularly want to highlight the fleur de lis procedure, which removes significant excess skin from the entire midsection. This is the ideal procedure for those who lost plenty of weight and gained plenty of sagging skin.

Recovery time is the same as most treatments, which is around 2 to 3 weeks. However, you will be advised to wear a special elastic corset day and night for 3 months after the procedure.

This is something to keep in mind, especially if you have any important plans in the near future. 

All things considered, this is the best procedure for those who truly want to change their appearance, especially those who lost tons of weight and are very self-conscious about the excess skin they developed, which can be very frustrating.
