Note that their fleet is composed mostly of Japanese and Korean brands. If you’re after European brands like BMW, Audi, or VW, you might need to go elsewhere.

As for their Collision Damage Waiver (CDW), theirs is cheaper and offers better coverage compared to other companies.

Keep your eyes peeled for their online promos. Deals like weekly rentals from $55/day pop up often, so it’s worth checking their site before booking.

Unfortunately, you might want to test drive their cars first. We heard about car issues from previous customers, like cars suddenly auto-reversing.

Every leasing package comes fully loaded with perks—no mileage cap, vehicle insurance, and regular servicing. They also offer short- and long-term rentals, so you’re not locked into anything that doesn’t suit your needs. 

As a bonus for eco-conscious drivers, electric vehicle rentals are available, too.

Unfortunately, some customers have told us about their rude and unhelpful customer service reps, which is something to look out for.

They offer new and hybrid Toyota and Honda cars, 95% of which are made up of newer models. Note that vehicle variety is limited, so if you’re hoping to rent European brands, you should look elsewhere.

Their all-inclusive rates are a big plus—rentals come bundled with essentials like insurance, maintenance, and even replacement services if something goes wrong. On top of that, they offer a 30% discount on petrol.

In terms of support, they provide 24/7 assistance and assign a Dedicated Relationship Manager to each driver.

Of course, not everything’s on the up and up. We heard about customer service issues like a lack of responsiveness and a bad attitude.
