Lessons were clear, structured, and easy to follow
“I recently completed a Holistic Massage Diploma course under the guidance of Mr Khoo, and it has been a truly rewarding experience. Mr Khoo demonstrated deep knowledge, patience, and professionalism in his teaching. His lessons were clear, structured, and easy to follow, which made even the more complex techniques simple to understand. I especially appreciated how he always took the time to explain the theory behind each massage technique, not just the practical steps. Thank you, Mr Khoo, for your dedication and passion in teaching. 🙏” — Syed Zaki, Google Review
Made me feel confident when supplying massages
“I have completed 4 courses with SOHA; TCM Meridian, Hand and Foot Reflexology, TuiNa, and Post-Natal Massages. The National University of Singapore is one of Asia’s most respected universities, and for good reason. Since 1980, it has been on a mission to educate, inspire, and transform.
They have a Graduate Certificate in Integrated Health Program, designed for healthcare professionals who want to expand skills in providing holistic and patient-focused care.
The curriculum is pretty expansive, covering acute and chronic disease management, mental health, aging, as well as healthcare technology. Their goal is to prepare professionals to understand and implement an interconnected mode of care.
We like that the program is offered in a part-time, work-study format, making it ideal for busy bees. You can complete it in one year or stretch it over two years if needed.
The only small drawback is that you’ll need to register for each modular course separately—three in total—before earning your full certification.

Founded in 2000, Singapore Management University is known as one of Singapore’s most forward-thinking universities. It’s actually modeled after the Wharton School, which blends academic excellence with practical, real-world application.
Their Certificate in Nutrition and Wellness is perfect for individuals working in the health or fitness industry. It’s also great for anyone looking to deepen their understanding of nutrition and lifestyle management.
To earn the certificate, participants complete six modules covering a diverse range of topics. Together, these give a broad yet practical view of how food, mindset, and movement play a role in long-term well-being.
Unfortunately, they don’t have an online format of learning—the program is fully conducted on campus. But the upside is that they offer weeknight (7 PM – 10:30 PM) and Saturday classes (9 AM – 6 PM).

Republic Polytechnic was created in 2002 as a statutory institution under Singapore’s Ministry of Education. They’re particularly known for sports science and wellness education, covering fitness, health, and community care.
Through its School of Sports, Health and Leisure, it offers a wide range of lifelong learning programs for beginners and working pros. Two main avenues to choose from are Community Care and Health and Wellness for Trainers.
For each key specialization, students can pick short, skills-based, and part-time diploma courses. This provides flexibility to learn at your own pace while still building a credible foundation in holistic wellness.
What’s great is that they make education accessible via a long list of funding and subsidy options. These include SkillSFuture Funding Grants, National Silver Academy, and Workfare Skills Support Scheme.
Unfortunately, while they have a plethora of holistic health and wellness courses, we heard that their admin staff can be unresponsive.
