We did find that the customer service of Rentokil suffers from the popularity it has gained over the years.

The customer service staff has been overwhelmed with customers to the point where it can’t accommodate people inquiring and asking for inspections.

Maximum Pest Management is another company that has been on the rise with over a decade of experience in the pest control field.

The company takes a different approach and focuses on providing pest control services that are both effective and safe for your family. It does this in several ways but we’ll only list one: the usage of water-based solutions. 

What we liked the most about this company is its experience and knowledge in the pest control business.

When compared to other businesses, Maximum Pest Management is somewhat newer. But, the methods and techniques it has created throughout the years have helped it gather a lot of clients that have trusted it ever since.

Another thing we liked is the accommodation of the customer service staff to the client’s needs and inquiries, from basic services to bed bug issues.

Clients themselves are fond of the willingness of the customer service team. In addition to that, the staff is well educated and can provide quotations beforehand.

Based on the interactions we’ve had with clients, though, a common problem seems to be some technicians’ lack of professionalism.

Because of this, some services don’t leave the customers satisfied, which is negative for both the company and the client. Another effect is that some bed bugs may still be left unharmed.

What we liked about this company is that it’s a 24-hour service that can provide technicians as soon as you’re able to connect with a customer service agent.

Unfortunately, the company doesn’t use water-based solutions for its bed bug extermination. It does use government-approved chemicals that are still safe to be used around your family.

We also liked that the technicians and online crew of Pest Off are both eager to help clients with their bed bug extermination needs.

While it offers a wide variety of services, it doesn’t sacrifice quality in each and every one of those sections.

One small problem we did find is that the 24-hour service can be unavailable at times. More specifically, this is on the agents who handle customer queries online.

On rare occasions, it may take up to several hours before your call is answered. But rest assured, the company is focused on improving its services altogether.
