5 Best Career Coaches in Singapore That’ll Kick Your Career Into High Gear
When I graduated from college, I had no clue what to do next. I had a degree in a field I’d lost passion for, but I still went after a career in it because, well, practicality said so.
But staying stuck like that, hating my job every day and dreading mornings just to tackle responsibilities I didn’t care about? That wasn’t an option.
So I started searching far and wide for guidance and came across professionals who specialise in helping people figure out their career paths. Curious, I decided to meet a few and see what they had to offer.
Eventually, I found a coach who was the perfect fit, and now my path is much clearer. I still have stressful days, but at least I enjoy what I do.
If you’ve ever felt the same way I did, don’t worry. Here’s a list of career coaches in Singapore who can help you navigate your next steps.

The Happy Mondays Co. has been around since 2016 and does career coaching in both Singapore and Australia.
The founder, Sandra Quelle, is a big part of why this place works so well. She’s got a background in recruitment and international headhunting, so she really gets how to match your experience and passions to a career that suits you.
Sandra’s approach is all about three stages: Discover, Learn, and Grow. It focuses on figuring out your values and setting goals that actually make sense for you.
Clients we interviewed have said it’s totally judgment-free, and it really helps you see what you actually want out of a career.
I appreciated how the same method carried over to services like the Career Strategy Program, where they help you map out your long-term career path.
It’s a very personalised experience, so the pricing leans on the higher side.
Not only supportive but also deeply committed to helping you.
“I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to Happy Mondays for their exceptional career coaching services. With them, I engaged in insightful sessions that helped me navigate a challenging point in my life and career. I learned a lot about not only navigating career changes but also about myself and what makes me thrive. The team at Happy Mondays, with a huge shout-out to Tuyen, is not only supportive but also deeply committed to helping you. I can’t recommend Happy Mondays enough to anyone seeking guidance or support in their career; it’s an investment in yourself that is beyond worth it. Thank you for helping me find my “Happy Monday”!”

I really liked the simple framework, as well as the resources and tools she left me with.
“I am glad to have done my career coaching with Sandra. The sessions helped me distil what I valued in a career and job, broaden my vision to consider other industries/job profiles and what I could do to improve my current circumstance. I really liked the simple framework Sandra took me through, as well as the resources and tools she left me with. I concluded the sessions feeling more empowered and took away guideposts for charting my career path.”

I first heard about Ctrl Alt through eFinancialCareers, and it turns out they mainly work with those who feel out of sync with their current position.
Their program is broken down into three modules. First up is Find Your Fire, where you dig into your values, strengths, and what’s been holding you back.
Then there’s Test the Waters, which is all about testing ideas and building networks. And finally, Flip the Switch focuses on polishing your personal brand and even negotiating better offers.
The free discovery call is a nice way to get a feel for their approach before committing, especially since their services are kind of expensive.
But the coaches themselves have solid experience in talent acquisition, so you know you’re in good hands.
We navigated starting a side hustle and turning it into a real business.
“I’m so glad I decided to take coaching sessions with Jen—it was truly an incredible experience. I’ve tried many career courses before, but nothing compares to this. Jen supported me, encouraged me, and gently pushed me toward my goals. I wouldn’t have started my business without her guidance. From the very first session, she understood me completely. Every conversation was uplifting and motivating—I would leave each one feeling like I could conquer the world. We navigated everything from tough moments in my day job in tech to starting a side hustle and turning it into a real business here in Singapore. I’m deeply grateful for her insight and support.”
- Mariam Mamedli, Google Review
The program is well structured and allows flexibility for shifting priorities.
“Jen’s team was amazing to work with. The program itself is extremely well structured and has the flexibility to allow for shifting priorities, which is important, especially when you’re still discovering yourself. My coach, Natalie, is experienced, patient, and empathetic. What I appreciated most is her ability to probe thoughtfully and challenge my assumptions. Every session completed with her led to a much clearer state of mind and helped to grow my confidence to leave behind what wasn’t serving me anymore.”

Emunah Coaching’s name means “faith” and “support”. I love that because it really matches how they approach their clients: supportive, practical, and they even try to keep things affordable.
The team is solid, too. They’re Certified Stress and Behavioural Consultants and Solution-Focused Practitioners, and some have experience in SEO/SEM consulting in Malaysia.
They make use of tools like DISC assessments and Strengths Profiles to help you figure out your behavioural traits and what you’re really good at.
Then there are their two main career programs: Career Progress Program, which is a multi-session setup to help you discover your passions.
And the Career Success Program—a longer package that dives more into aligning your strengths with your life mission. Most people actually mix mentoring and counselling depending on what they need.
But due to their popularity, you’ll have to wait for an available slot.
Ben was patient and attentive and gave practical advice regarding my next steps.
“I had three sessions of career coaching with Ben. The sessions had a mix of exercises and good discussions that really helped me to understand my strengths and career goals. As I am just starting out my career, the sessions gave me better insights into my working style, values and what I am looking for in a job. Ben was also patient and attentive to my sharing and gave practical advice regarding my next steps. I now have a clearer direction for my career and am really thankful for the sessions with Ben! 🙂”

I’ve learnt to understand different working styles.
“Ben is patient, non-judgmental and a great listener who made me feel at ease to share openly. Through the DISC, I’ve learnt to understand different working styles better and how to apply them in work situations. The strengths profiler reminded me of forgotten strengths that I can utilise. Each session helped me discover or remind me of parts of myself all over again. If you are looking for a coach who is sincere in helping you understand your true innate self and characteristics which you can leverage, Ben’s the one to go.”

Avodah People Solutions SG is a career coaching and counselling outfit that’s all about helping both individuals and organisations find purpose in work.
They usually start with the Career Preparation program, which helps you understand your strengths and pick up insights about workplace behaviour.
For mid-career folks, they’ve got the Career Enrichment program that focuses on confidence, emotional regulation, and boosting overall workplace skills. Though I should let you know that they’re not the most affordable service out there.
I took notice of their staff, who are made up of registered counsellors and trainers. Plus, they’re trained through the US National Career Development Association and are a corporate member of the Career Development Association of Singapore.
All of this means their programs stick to professional standards, proper supervision, and measurable outcomes, so there’s a layer of accountability you don’t always get with private coaches.
Gone the extra mile to clarify my thoughts further, and patterns/connections/ links that I was not aware of.
“The ‘More than Work’ course helps to crystallise different aspects of your life to point you to the direction that is suitable. I think it helped me to reframe how I thought about my work situation. The most valuable aspect is the coach- super grateful to Jacqueline (and the initial chat with Gerald), who has gone the extra mile to clarify my thoughts further, and to show me patterns/connections/ links that I was not aware of. These are not only important for career growth but also for personal development.”

Provided me with a safe space to share my interests, aspirations, and concerns.
“I enrolled on Avodah’s More Than Work program, and am very grateful to have had Gerald as my career developer. Gerald is a great listener and provided me with a safe space to share my memories, skills, interests, relationships, aspirations, dreams, fears, and concerns. He walked me through a journey of self-discovery and deep exploration. At the end of the program, I came out with a much clearer career vision for myself and tangible next steps to take. I loved the approach of the program, the tools and frameworks used, and the tailored sessions. Thank you!”

Discovering Potential is a Singapore-based coaching company that’s all about helping you shine in interviews, boost your communication skills, and understand yourself better through personality assessments.
The founder is a certified advanced behavioural analyst, so he really knows his stuff when it comes to communication, psychology, and personality typing.
He built all their programs around this expertise, which makes the coaching feel really structured but still fun. Talking to him, I saw how practical and effective his methods really are.
They run workshops, scholarship prep sessions, and even help with tertiary admissions.
Clients especially rave about the 1-on-1 coaching, like Interview Skills for Executives or for Graduates and Students, because there’s a lot of role-playing and you actually get to practice instead of just listening.
While excellent for job seekers or executives facing interviews, they offer less emphasis on long-term career strategy or leadership development.
Her structured approach and clear feedback made the process empowering.
“We are deeply grateful to Coach Siew Ling for her exceptional guidance and support throughout my son’s DSA and oral preparation journey. Her coaching was not only thorough and effective but also personalised to his strengths and areas for improvement. She consistently encouraged him to think critically, communicate with confidence, and present himself authentically. Thanks to her patience, expertise, and encouragement, my son received a confirmed DSA offer, a milestone we are truly proud of. Her structured approach, clear feedback, and genuine care made the entire process both positive and empowering. We could not have asked for a better mentor during this important stage, and we wholeheartedly recommend Coach Siew Ling to any parent or student preparing for DSA or oral assessments.”

She provided productive feedback and talked me through the thought process.
“Although the session was conducted online, Siew Ling was very engaging and patiently guided me through each interview question. She provided productive feedback with each question I answered and talked me through the thought process behind each interview question. I’m also grateful for how she was very meticulous throughout the session! The notes she provided after the session helped me recall the tips and techniques before my interview as well. I’m very thankful for Siew Ling patiently accommodating my worries and questions too :)”
