Excellent customer service from Stephanie! She had been very patient in explaining the different types of wigs and bringing them for me to try. She didn’t exert any pressure to buy at all. Her level of detail is exceptional and made you feel at home. She provided diligent follow-up for wig trimming (done by a Japanese hairstylist Fukase-san).
Fukase-san was very attentive to the hairstyle I want and made fantastic suggestions to how to make it more natural. Very satisfied with the end result.
