5 Best Online Shopping Sites in Singapore That’ll Make Spending Way Too Easy
When I first started working, got my own paycheck, and realised I didn’t have to pay rent (thanks to staying with my parents), something inside me snapped—in the direction of every online cart I ever abandoned.
I went on a bit of an e-wallet rampage. I bought phone stands I never used, cute cable organisers I forgot I had, and more tote bags than I had arms.
Was it practical? Not really. Was it fun? Absolutely. My parents eventually staged an intervention (cue the long sermons about wasting money).
But I like to think that phase taught me a lot about where to find the best online deals and sneaky promo codes.
Now that I’ve toned it down, I figured I’d pass on the torch. If you’re still in your shopping era, at least make the most of it. Here are the best online shopping sites in Singapore—use them wisely.
1. RedMart

RedMart was one of those platforms I trusted early on—partly because I liked the idea of grocery shopping in my pyjamas.
And they also had the Price Match Promise, which means their prices are either the same or lower than big names like FairPrice or Cold Storage.
The site is integrated with Lazada, so checkout feels familiar, and I love how they show promo codes upfront.
Booking a delivery slot is simple too—especially those evening windows after work. And if you’re a LiveUp member, the rebates can really add up over time.
That said, I’ve learned to play it safe. Packaged snacks and pantry staples are no problem. But chilled stuff? I’ve had milk arrive lukewarm and strawberries that gave up on life mid-transit.
RedMart’s support team does reply fast, but for spoiled items, resolution can feel like a coin toss.
Their app is also very functional. I was able to order everything I wanted from my bed.
“Redmart works for me. Now let me preface this by saying that I am lucky with my work situation. I work from home, so I have the luxury of scheduling deliveries during off-peak times, and if, for some reason, they deliver outside the timeframe (which lately, they haven’t), usually I’m okay because I just stay home most of the time. I totally understand how the deliveries can be inconvenient for those who don’t have someone at home to accept them, or who come home and wait only to find that it’s delayed or something. I’ve also heard the horror stories of delivery men leaving groceries in the lobby of an apartment complex, rather than right outside a person’s unit. That being said, Redmart continues to help me- a lot. I love how I can get bottled water in bulk, with good deals like 12 L for under $10. And I don’t have to carry it from the grocery store! Inventory has gotten a lot better. They now offer Kraft Mac & Cheese, woo hoo! They also have a lot of products that I like, though occasionally some of the simple stuff (like bananas) would already be sold out. No big deal, though. I can easily walk to my neighbourhood grocery store for that! The best is when I had a huge party and needed to deliver 200 bottles of water to the venue I was hosting at. Redmart was easily able to deliver to the venue, and someone there was able to accept the order. That was truly a win. Their app is also very functional. I was able to order everything I wanted from my bed. Laziness FTW!”

The prices and selection are excellent, and although there is the occasional challenge with delivery times, their communication and customer service are excellent.
“We are big fans of RedMart. The prices and selection are excellent, and although there is the occasional challenge with delivery times, their communication and customer service are excellent. We have not had a bad experience with them and order from them almost every week. Frankly, they are WAY better than the other major grocery delivery businesses in Singapore. We had had many, many more problems with them, which is why we now primarily use RedMart. I see some naysayers on here, but as a family that has used them A LOT, I would definitely recommend them!”

2. Ezbuy

I first got into Ezbuy when I was on a mission to recreate a Pinterest bedroom on a shoestring budget. I saw a lot of pillowcases under $2, faux vines for less than a cup of kopi, and got the occasional feeling of “did I really order this?”
The best part was that prices are all laid out—product plus shipping. And with their Prime plan, international shipping is capped, which is a win when you’re filling your cart with random finds.
Even their browsing experience is decent. You can shop by country, filter by deals, and the freight-forwarding (ezShip) tool is helpful if you’re hauling stuff in bulk.
But product quality is a hit or miss. Some items arrived fine, but others made me wonder if they skipped the bubble wrap entirely.
And if anything goes wrong—missing item, broken parcel—customer service can feel like shouting into the void.
They’re still the service I trust for fragile items that can’t handle air freight, that no one else ships, afaik, and for affordable sea shipping.
“They’re still the service I trust for fragile items that can’t handle air freight that no one else ships, afaik, and for affordable sea shipping (with GST & service charge added, of course). The estimated shipping time is near perfect unless you get caught in the 11.11 or 12.12 rush season on Taobao (for me, it took from 7 Nov to 26 Nov, and I could arrange a neighbourhood station collection for the next day). Provided your seller packs the items well on their end, your items inside the box are safe, except for dings on the outside cardboard box. (So request them to pack well!) I know there’s a lot of gloom here, so I just wanted to add some bloom 🌼.”

Customer service (via phone) is based in Singapore and always knows what they’re doing.
“I guess only those with bad experiences bother with reviews? Took a chance ordering a pricey item from a Net-a-Porter sale via ezbuy (as no delivery is allowed to Singapore for that particular brand). Customer service(via phone) is based in Singapore and always knows what they’re doing.”

3. The Editor’s Market

The Editor’s Market started out as a boutique in Orchard known for its minimalist, street-meets-chic aesthetic—and it’s grown into a go-to for everyday wardrobe staples.
They now have an online store, which makes browsing and buying even easier, particularly when new arrivals drop fast.
Price-wise, most pieces land in the $40–$60 range, which is fair for mid-tier fast fashion. Club Discovery perks like bonus points and seasonal sales (hello, 50% off campaigns) sweeten the deal—especially if you’re buying in multiples.
Their clothes are generally well-constructed for the price. I even noticed how the items are often lined and wearable straight from the bag.
It’s so much easier through their clean interface, handy filters, and free express delivery. I’ve heard from customers that email replies are promised within a day, too.
But I have to let you know that they don’t do refunds, only exchanges.
One outfit design can come in various shades from basic pastels to black.
“To score a minimalist look, one of my go-to shops in Singapore is The Editor’s Market. This shop (brand) has a sharp sense of style when it comes to less is more look, and sometimes with a pop of colour and comfortably chic getup. I especially like how their clothes are sectioned by colour and one outfit design can come in various shades from basic pastels to black.”

The only downside is the crumpling of the shorts after sitting awhile. After all, it is made of linen, but nonetheless still a really good pair of comfy shorts.
“My favourite pairs of shorts to style the perfect casual fit on a day out or just lounging around-the Bonita Linen Relaxed Shorts from The Edit ors Market. Honestly, my favourite go-to shorts to slip on when I need a fuss-free fit to run my errands or just a chill day out hanging with my friends. It’s super comfy, airy and breathable even though it has a lining. I own three pairs, all in different colours, just so I can match them with the different tops I have: Sand, White & Cocoa. What makes the shorts even better are the pockets, which pockets in any kind of bottoms is always just superiоr. I like to pair my Bonita Shorts with an elevated top so the fit overall can still look casual & basic or even expensive. The only downside is the crumpling of the shorts after sitting awhile. After all, it is made of linen, but nonetheless still a really good pair of comfy shorts.”

Qoo10 is like the online version of a pasar malam. It’s slightly chaotic and absolutely packed with deals if you know where to look.
The platform’s biggest draw is its sheer variety and pricing: flash sales, group buys, time-limited coupons—you’re constantly nudged to score something cheap, fast. It’s great for low-risk buys where you’re chasing a bargain.
I’d describe shopping here as a game. The interface is busy (filled with banners, flash sale timers, and promo pop-ups) but fun if you’re a seasoned deal-hunter.
Reviews and shop ratings are essential reading, especially for electronics or pricier items. Since Qoo10 is a marketplace, product quality and prices vary wildly depending on the seller.
Patrons of the site have told me that their service is kind of wonky. Some orders arrive quickly and painlessly. Others vanish into the void with refunds taking forever.
They have a fantastic selection of deals and discounts.
“I’ve had an awesome experience shopping on Qoo10! They have a fantastic selection of deals and discounts, making it easy to find unique products from various sellers. The quality of what I’ve received has been great, and shipping is surprisingly fast. Overall, it’s been a fun and rewarding experience—I highly recommend giving it a try!”

It took me weeks of email communications and numerous photo and video evidence, and my own follow-up with the seller, to get a replacement.
“I am a regular customer of Qoo10 and feel that it has good basic operation of delivering orders. A problem arises when you have to deal with their customer service. I feel it is extremely seller-biased. Recently, I bought a sofa cover which was incorrectly stitched. It took me weeks of email communications and numerous photo and video evidence, and my own follow-up with the seller to get a replacement. horrible experience, hope i don’t have to deal with their support centre again.”

BestDenki has been around for decades, and even now, with 13 outlets islandwide, it still manages to keep old-school reliability and updated offerings.
These days, they’ve also stepped up their e-commerce game, with online orders, price-matching, and same-day delivery built into the system.
Their pricing model plays it smart: if you spot a lower price elsewhere, Best Denki not only matches it, they’ll throw in a 5% rebate. That, paired with some credit card perks and seasonal campaigns, makes them surprisingly competitive.
The site’s user experience isn’t exactly revolutionary, but it’s alright. You can compare items, save to wishlist, or schedule delivery or pickup.
As for their products, they stock all the big-name electronics and home appliances, with a decent rep for durability.
Customer service is generally responsive for basic help or installations, but if you run into post-sale issues, I’ve heard from others that the process isn’t always consistent.
The delivery man called me prior to the delivery timing and provided me with an accurate 1-hour time frame he was going to arrival.
“The fan is made of flimsy plastic, and I wish they would use less paint (toxic) and just stick to plain metal and use a better quality one, which they can charge for two different audiences. Best Denki has fantastic delivery service. The delivery man called me prior to the delivery timing and provided me with an accurate 1-hour time frame he was going to arrival. Good service!”
