But it’s not just about the location. Guests we interviewed couldn’t stop raving about the top-notch amenities. 

Business travelers loved the fully equipped kitchen and high-speed internet, while families enjoyed the gym, swimming pool, and children’s playground.

A major highlight for us was the 24-hour surveillance and secure access points. Many guests mentioned they felt especially safe here because of these security features.

Of course, no place is perfect. While most feedback was glowing, some guests pointed out occasional maintenance issues and wished for more frequent housekeeping.

Perfect for families with incredible facilities and convenient location
“We have been staying at GWSA for just over 2 months whilst relocating. Facilities: It has been the perfect place for us as a family of four, with indoor and outdoor play facilities and child-friendly pools plus gym, steam, tennis and basketball courts for teens/adults. Service: Whenever we have had issues they have been rectified swiftly and with minimum disruption. There is a lot of attention to detail in the apartment, someone has actually thought about the things that make life easier when away from home. Location: Location is fantastic. Access to Great World mall is via the lift which is handy when it’s raining, and the mall has plenty to explore and runs regular activities/promotions. Zion Riverside is across the road, great for local food and very reasonably priced. Lovely walks along the river or towards the city. Transport: MRT is very handy as the station is connected to the apartments making getting around very easy. Staff: The staff always greet us cheerfully and make us feel welcome, especially our sons. They often have events for residents and we have some lovely memories from our time here. I don’t think we could have found a more convenient or better place to stay and I am grateful to all the staff for making our arrival in Singapore such an easy and memorable experience. “We spent 6 weeks here as part of a work relocation. Aloysius and the whole security/front desk team were incredibly warm and hospitable. It really was our first home in Singapore and the whole team went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. We’re going to miss the lovely security lady who would play with our 3 year old daughter every morning as we left for daycare – “Princess!”. The room itself was perfect for what we needed and worked well for two adults and two very young children.

We also appreciated the competitive pricing, often enhanced by promotional offers, delivering great value for money. This means you don’t have to trade affordability for quality, as you can still indulge in spacious, furnished apartments that exude luxury.

We do think, though, that management should upgrade the gym equipment and add more variety to the breakfast menu to further elevate the guest experience.

Spacious and clean rooms

“Rooms are spacious. Clean towels and linen. Very comfortable rooms overall.

One AC remote provided to control the AC in the living room and bedroom. If you want to switch off the AC in the middle of the night you need to move around.

I would say it’s really a crime to charge extra dollars for setting up a sofa bed. Literally you will feel the spring underneath. Not at all comfortable to sit on the sofa bed. If they are charging money, proper bedding should be provided.

You wont get any service in the apartment, it’s your responsibility to take the cart to move you baggage while checking in and check out.”

The apartment features high-quality amenities, including modern appliances that simplify cooking and daily tasks. Guests we talked to particularly appreciated the comfortable beds with premium mattresses and high-quality linens.

We also liked how guests benefit from a range of advanced safety measures, such as 24/7 surveillance and secure access points.

Couple that with attentive and knowledgeable customer service. Guests told us that the staff not only met but also anticipated their needs, offering a personalized touch that enhanced the overall experience.

However, we did hear some downsides. Nearby construction noise can be disruptive, and limited dining options mean guests might need to travel further for meals.

Whether you’re in town for a short visit or planning on sticking around for a while, these apartments offer all the comforts of home.

We’re also impressed with their complimentary breakfast—it’s a delightful start to your day. And if you need to get some work done or keep in touch with friends and family, the fast and reliable Wi-Fi has you covered.

On a less positive note, the fitness center is outdated and could use an upgrade. Additionally, noise from nearby nightlife might be disruptive, especially on weekends.

Treetops Executive Residences is often touted as one of the best serviced apartments in Singapore because of its luxurious amenities.

You get access to a state-of-the-art fitness center that makes working out a breeze, a beautifully landscaped swimming pool that’s perfect for unwinding, and they even offer an eco-laundry service. 

On top of that, we personally loved their safety measures—they’ve got 24-hour security surveillance, well-lit premises, and a dedicated emergency response team. 

But here’s something unique—guests we interviewed shared that the lush, landscaped gardens were like nothing they’d seen before. It felt like a serene escape right in the heart of the city, that made them feel instantly at home. 

However, nothing is perfect. Some guests find the premium pricing a bit steep for long stays, and the abundance of greenery might not suit those who prefer a more urban vibe.

“A Fantastic Week at Treetops Executive Residences. As a family with a young child, finding the right place to stay can be challenging, but Treetops Executive Residences made it easy. We spent a week here, and it was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we checked in, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. They made sure we had everything we needed. Our apartment was spacious and clean, with all the amenities you could ask for. The fully equipped kitchen was a huge plus, especially with a picky eater in tow. The facilities here are amazing. My kid had a blast at the children’s pool and playground, and I appreciated having a gym to keep up with my fitness routine. The outdoor pool area is beautiful and relaxing—perfect for unwinding after a long day. Breakfast buffet had a great variety of hot and cold dish options, and the staff always made us feel very welcome. We also loved the central location, which made getting around super convenient. What really stood out to me was the attention to detail and the excellent service. The housekeeping team kept our place spotless, and the nice ladies at guest services was always ready with great recommendations for places to visit and eat. Overall, Treetops Executive Residences was the perfect home base for our week in Singapore. We felt well taken care of and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
