Vue has panoramic vistas of Marina Bay and the glittering city skyline, which left us utterly spellbound, turning an ordinary evening into a visual adventure that’s hard to forget.

The bar’s ambiance is both sophisticated and inviting, perfect for an evening out or a lively gathering. 

The menu didn’t disappoint either. The Wagyu beef was melt-in-your-mouth tender with crispy sear and truffle notes.

Plus, the cocktail list is curated to perfection, with must-try options such as the “Skyline Martini,”  a smooth, gin-based concoction with a hint of lychee and a subtle lavender aroma. It was refreshingly crisp, perfect for a warm evening.

The staff here are the real MVPs, too. Their friendliness and expertise made the experience even better, offering spot-on recommendations that perfectly matched our preferences.

While Vue ticks most boxes, peak hours can be a bit of a squeeze. Expanding the seating capacity could certainly help to accommodate more guests comfortably.

Sublime starters and excellent risottos

“The food here was sublime. What stood out most to me were the starters. The beef tongue was perfectly cooked, paired with the flavourful garnish, making every bite a nicely textured flavour bomb with the tenderness of the beef and crunch of the garnish. Both risottos were excellent. The mushroom risotto was extremely flavourful, done with a variety of mushrooms, providing different dimensions to the dish. The uni risotto had a different flavour profile but was stunning nonetheless with the sweetness of the ocean. The beef was good but wasn’t anything to shout about, while the pork had a really interesting texture with the method of cooking. Overall an excellent meal and I’d highly recommend the venue!”

Amazing semi-buffet lunch with delightful service 

“I had an amazing semi-buffet lunch at Verandah Rooftop! It was just the right place for a catch-up over wonderful food and great view, plus an amazing service crew! My guests and I had the steak, pork and fish – great taste and satisfying. We felt the quality was something we appreciate; especially with the price that came with it. The semi-buffet was just delicious and I must mention the pumpkin coquettes and mussel curry cream and the truffle butter for the breads – they are totally delightful! The portion and taste for every dish was just right! I mentioned that this was a pre-birthday celebration and the service crew prepared a wonderful slice of cake with pitch perfect service crew who sang the birthday tune with gusto! The celebratory mood was amazing! Special thanks to the attentive service crew – Cynthia, Connie and Arin, who constantly checked in on us warmly. They made a rainy afternoon wonderful! We requested for a fabulous dining area and we got to look out of the skies all the time! Such chill vibes! Nice semi-buffet lunch

“The semi buffet lunch was surprisingly good with nice selection of main courses. Especially the steak that was nicely done medium rare as ordered. The buffet selections were not bad with pizzas that were too popular and gone after 1hr of opening time 12 noon. There’s no further replenishment after that. The desserts were also pretty quickly cleared and not replenish till last 30 min of buffet closing at 2.30pm. I hope they will improve after this feedback. Otherwise, there will be no return visit from many diners.”

Artemis Grill & Sky Bar has a menu with Mediterranean-inspired cuisine, creative signature cocktails, and a delectable brunch, ensuring every guest enjoys a diverse and memorable visit.

The food is outstanding, with fresh, high-quality ingredients. The flaky sea bass with citrus beurre blanc was a highlight. We also loved the Artemis Negroni and the unique “Golden Triangle” GT, infused with saffron for an exotic twist.

Complementing the culinary delights are the jaw-dropping views of the cityscape, providing customers with an eyeful of visual delight that enhances the overall ambiance.

Not only that, but the customer service was exceptional too; from the warm welcome to the attentive and knowledgeable staff, every interaction enhanced our overall visit.

However, here are some things to keep in mind. First, the high cost might not suit everyone’s budget. Second, you need to make a reservation during busy times to avoid waiting.

“Great Experience at the Sky Bar. Attended an event at this location. What stood out was the impeccable service we received. The service staff were proactive, polite, responsive and available. They kept the drinks and food coming up till the very last minutes of the event. Kudos to the management for running such a great outfit ! The Sky Bar is in an open area that is quite well covered. The views are great, given the building this place is in forms part of the Singapore skyline. The food was also great. Most of the finger food served were unique and deserved special mention. The bar excels with its quirky signature cocktails like the Egg Chair—a smooth blend of gin, elderflower liqueur, and citrus—and the Twiggy, featuring bourbon with herbal notes and a rosemary sprig.

While the prices are on the higher side, the exquisite flavors and premium ingredients offer good value for money. This balance between cost and quality makes for a commendable and guilt-free indulgence.

Not only that, the staff stands out for being friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive but not intrusive. Their ability to provide personalized recommendations and engage in interactions adds an extra layer of enjoyment to the evening.

Top-notch high tea with great service and filling treats 

“Amazing high tea experience at Republic Bar 🍸 it was surprisingly quiet on a Saturday afternoon, and there were plenty of empty tables. I had a reservation beforehand as I was concerned that it’ll be full but I guess June holidays meant lesser crowds. As expected of a dining venture in Ritz Carlton, the service was top notch. Once seated, they served us each a glass of complimentary champagne (non-alchoholic choice available), and let us know that the food will be served on the dot at 3p.m as we were early. Soon after, they served the small platters on the stand and explained clearly on what each treat was, letting us know the recommended order to eat by. The food was good, though the scones were abit too dry for my liking despite the butter and jams served. Surprisingly it was really filling and we found ourselves struggling by the fourth platter. After this tray, they’d also served a ice cold refreshing dessert, as well as a box of chocolate to bring home. Free flow selection of tea and coffee. For the price of $68 per pax. Super worth it👌”
