A restaurant’s availability is important to consider because it can affect the overall dining experience. If a restaurant is fully booked or has long wait times, it can lead to disappointment and frustration for customers.

Ingredients are important in sushi because they determine the flavor and texture of the dish. High-quality and fresh ingredients are essential for creating delicious sushi.

What makes it great is the fact that it has built relationships with direct food suppliers in Japan, which allows it to bring in ingredients that are fresh and of high quality at reasonable prices.

We appreciated the great atmosphere of the restaurant and the huge seating capacity it has. The restaurant is great for events and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable.

Sushi Jin specializes in high-quality Japanese cuisine. One of its founders’ main goals was to bridge the gap between the mass-market and fine-dining tiers of Japanese cuisine in Singapore.

Sushi Jin’s menu includes a variety of fresh sushi rolls as well as a selection of

traditional dishes. When it comes to sushi, the restaurant offers both signature and seasonal creations that are guaranteed to please even the pickiest eaters.

We love the vibe that it offers; it’s laid-back but still classy enough to attract a refined clientele. It is also popular among business travelers thanks to its convenient location and wide opening hours.

Another thing to note is that the establishment has a hand-picked Sake menu to complement the food being served.

We appreciate the skilled chefs and relaxing ambiance of the restaurant, not to mention the availability of options such as delivery, events, and private dining rooms that can seat up to 6 people. Sushi Jin also accepts online reservations.

The only drawback is the long waitlist during peak hours. We recommend making a reservation in advance to avoid getting stuck in the queue.

Overall, we enjoyed our meal at Sushi Jin and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for a top-notch sushi restaurant in the city.

It was founded by Chef Eugene Heng and his wife. They started the restaurant with a small shop outside of town but eventually found success in a hidden corner of Far East Plaza.

The ambiance in the restaurant is casual and comfortable. You can choose to sit at the bar or at a table and enjoy all the flavors of Japan in a comfortable setting.

It also offers a variety of other Japanese foods, including different types of noodles, Wafu steak, and grilled items. The restaurant’s special set meals are a great option for those looking for a comprehensive Japanese culinary experience.

One of the best aspects of Tomi Sushi is the variety of seating options available to customers. Diners can choose from counter seating, booth seating, table seating, and a private party room that can seat up to 20 people.

We  love how the restaurant sources its seafood from Niigata and the fish are flown in three times a week, ensuring that customers are always served the freshest seafood available.

Sushi Ayumu is a restaurant in Orchard Road that serves a wide range of Japanese cuisine including sushi, sashimi, Nigiri Sushi, Omakase Shiwasu, signature handrolls, and Omakase Minazuki.

The restaurant is known for working with Chef Masakazu Ishibashi and his team, who have years of experience in the culinary industry.

Its name was derived from the word “ayu-mu,” which means “walking towards a new beginning.” This is fitting since many of the chefs working at the restaurant came from other well-known eateries and wanted to start a new journey with Sushi Ayumu.

One of the best things about this establishment is the precision and finesse of the chefs, led by Chef Masa himself.

They are dedicated to creating the perfect sushi experience, which is complemented by the restaurant’s luxurious and intimate ambiance. The ingredients are fresh, flown in from Japan, to ensure the highest quality of food.

The excellent ingredients, the experienced chefs, and the luxurious setting mean that eating in this establishment will definitely be expensive.

The price can be a dealbreaker for many. But if you’re willing to break the bank, Sushi Ayumu is an excellent choice for those looking for an upscale dining experience with a menu that’s impressive and authentic.
