One thing we love is that they meticulously review all their patients’ clinical data before the procedure. This thoroughness ensures you receive treatments that are safe and effective.

When it comes to services, they offer Botox in common areas, including the mouth, eyes, eyebrows, nose, and neck.

Just note that they sometimes reschedule appointments at the last minute, according to previous patients.

The clinic also provides estimated unit requirements for each treatment, helping you plan your budget accordingly.

But for us, what makes them stand out is the range of Botox brands they use. You can choose from Allergan, Dysport, and Xeomin.

That said, some clients reported that the staff persistently tried to sell products during their visit, which made them uncomfortable.

Kowayo was established in 2014 by Dr Wong Kee Seng, drawing inspiration from Seoul’s beauty culture. The clinic’s name, meaning “to be pretty” in Korean, reflects his vision of bringing world-class medical aesthetic treatments to Singapore.

They follow a consultative approach, working closely with every patient to understand their unique aesthetic goals, concerns, and expectations. 

From what we’ve gathered, they offer a wide range of Botox treatments, including neck rejuvenation, shoulder contouring, and face and leg slimming.

What caught our attention is their liquid facelift procedure, a perfect choice for those who prefer a treatment combining Botox and dermal fillers for faster results.

One thing to keep in mind, though, is to bring a lot of patience on the day of your appointment. Some clients waited for more than 30 minutes, even when arriving earlier than the scheduled time.

Before the procedure, you’ll be consulted by one of the clinic’s doctors so that they can provide a bespoke treatment based on your condition.

Beyond their service, we appreciate their transparency on the required units per treatment area. Knowing the exact dosage they’ll inject into you will help you prepare financially and emotionally.

If there’s an area for improvement, it would be customer service. Some people we spoke to said the team doesn’t respond to WhatsApp messages.

We were impressed to find out that they use all major Botox brands available locally, including Allergan, Dysport, Natoba, and Xeomin. This gives them a customisation advantage over other clinics that offer only one brand.

Some clients, however, didn’t appreciate the clinic’s doctors for booking another appointment on their behalf without their consent.
