Pros

  • Open daily
  • Has its own workshop
  • Chocolate bar
  • Customized chocolates
  • Delivery services

Cons

  • Pricey

Lemuel Chocolate is a chocolate shop located on Vista Exchange Green. It’s known for its high-quality chocolate products, as well as its knowledgeable and friendly staff.

Established in 2017, the shop sources its chocolate from high-quality cacao farms. We love the options it has available, including the classic bonbon to more modern flavors like salted caramel and chili ganache.

It is recognized in other countries like Japan for its handmade chocolates that celebrate the rich culture of Singapore.

The shop has its workshop and curious customers can view the chocolate-making process for themselves. It’s open daily, so it’s a great place to pop by for an afternoon treat after a hard day’s work.

Lemuel provides delivery services so customers can enjoy a taste of its delicious chocolates in the comfort of their own homes. It has customized chocolates for sale as well so you can design your treats and make the perfect gifts.

Unfortunately, Lemuel’s selection is a bit pricey. It’s much pricier than some of the other shops in the area, but it’s worth it if you want to indulge in some premium chocolate goodies.

Overall, we would recommend this shop for people who love to indulge in a little luxury now and then.

Pros

  • Adult flavors
  • Great selection
  • High-quality ingredients
  • Unique options
  • Open daily

Cons

  • Pricey

Royce’ Chocolate is known for its adult flavors. Chocolate with alcohol,  cacao nibs, chili pepper, and other spices creates an intense flavor that’s sure to tantalize your taste buds.

The shop was founded in 1983 in Sapporo, Japan, but it now has a location in Singapore! Its product line includes chocolate lollipops, bars, powder, and more.

However, our favorite flavor from Royce’ is the chocolate potato chips. The chocolate is so rich and thick, and the crunch of the chips gives a nice contrast to the silky texture of the chocolate.

The unique flavor and texture of Royce’ make it one of the best chocolate shops in Singapore. The Japanese method of making chocolate ensures a different kind of taste that can’t be found in other chocolate shops.

Another plus is the fact that this shop is open daily. That means you can always grab a piece of your favorite chocolate treat whenever you want to.

The only potential drawback is its pricey options. We suggest buying in bulk if you plan on shopping at Royce’ because there are discounts for packaged orders.

If you’re willing to spend a bit more than usual for chocolate, the unique flavors and the high-quality ingredients that Royce’ offers are quite worth it.

  • High-quality ingredients

Cons

  • Closed on Monday

Mr. Bucket Chocolaterie is a chocolate shop located on Sin Ming Road. It’s known for its customized chocolates and wide range of flavors.

The shop’s handcrafted bonbons are a highlight, and its artisan hot chocolates are also highly recommended. We love the wide selection of flavors and creative chocolate designs.

Mr. Bucket provides luxury chocolate experiences at affordable prices. It also offers discount promos and even free delivery for a minimum order of $60.

We’re also glad that the company uses only cacao and other ingredients sourced from Asia. This promotes the industry and supports local farmers as well.

If your company or office has an event coming up, Mr. Bucket provides corporate services and chocolates that can fit into a themed event. It has a good range of designs to choose from and can help you customize the perfect chocolates.

The only drawback is the fact that the shop is closed on Mondays. That means no deliveries during that day, which can be a hassle for some customers.

Overall, Mr. Bucket Chocolaterie is an excellent option for those seeking premium chocolates at reasonable prices. The handcrafted and customized chocolates make it a one-of-a-kind experience and guarantee that you’ll come back for more.

Pros

  • High-quality Belgian chocolate
  • Also has ice cream options
  • Serving since 1926
  • Top-notch ingredients
  • Gourmet options
  • 20% off if you buy 2 of its Valentine’s Day Collection
  • Free shipping for orders above $199

Cons

  • Needs more modern variety

Orchard Road’s Godiva is an impressive chocolate shop that has a great selection of gourmet chocolates and treats. The shop is known for its Belgian chocolate, which is made from high-quality cocoa beans.

Godiva was established in 1926 and is one of the oldest chocolate shops in the world. It has over 800 shops globally, including five in Singapore.

Although known for having an array of different flavors, the shop’s signature chocolate is the classic Belgian.

This specialty chocolate bar has a unique blend of smooth milk cream and fresh butter flavors, which makes it a popular choice among customers.

We love that Godiva offers discounts and other promos for special holidays like Valentine’s. For example, it offers a Valentine’s Day promotion where you can get up to 20% off selected items.

We appreciate that even though the chocolates here are gourmet, they can still be affordable. We’re also happy to say that Godiva offers free delivery for orders above $199.

The only potential drawback of this chocolate shop is its lack of modern flavors. Some customers might feel limited in the types of chocolates that they can choose from.

Overall, Godiva is a great place to shop for premium quality chocolates at a reasonable price.

Pros

  • International reach
  • Open daily
  • Closes late
  • Unique options
  • 3D printed, artistic chocolate designs
  • Also sells cakes, cookies, and gift cards

Cons

  • Needs more bonbon variety

Another notable chocolate shop is Janice Wong’s chocolate shop on Orchard Road. Janice Wong is a multi-award-winning chef who specializes in dessert making.

Established in 2014, the Janice Wong chocolate shop has an impressive selection of bonbons, cakes, and even ice cream. When it comes to chocolate, its 3D-printed chocolates are some of the most unique and sought-after items.

The company is known all over the world, especially in London and Japan because it also has locations in both those places.

It has been featured numerous times in newspapers and magazines around the world and has earned many prestigious awards.

We love that the shop in Singapore closes late and is open daily. That means customers who need their chocolate fix for the day can drop by even at 10 PM for their treat.

We appreciate how the chefs use the high-quality chocolate they make for their other products. Cookies and cakes for sale here are all made with this fine chocolate to ensure customers get the same quality no matter which product they order.

The only drawback of this place is the limited flavors of bonbon. Bonbon is a very common gift for special occasions so a wider variety would be great to keep the business going in the long run.
