The 5 Best Indoor Playgrounds in Singapore

How We Picked

Activities:

A playground is only as good as the activities it offers. We looked for indoor playgrounds that have multiple fun activities to keep your children entertained.

Pricing:

We also checked the rates of each indoor playground. A higher score means a better value for money.

Size & Facilities:

We looked at each playground’s sizes and what type of facilities they offer. We want your kids to have fun and enjoy a decently-sized play area with lots of facilities to choose from.

Cleanliness:

The area’s tidiness is also a factor we considered. We want kids to enjoy themselves in these playgrounds and not become sick the next day, so this is very important.

Cons

  • Can get a bit untidy later in the day
  • Impact wall may worry some parents

Amazonia is one of the oldest indoor playgrounds in Singapore. Currently located in Kim Seng Promenade, it has been providing children with a safe and fun place to play for over 10 years.

We love that Amazonia has a seasonal theme that it really commits to throughout the year – with Christmas being our favorite.

The playground is quite large with over 3000 square ft of space and is divided into multiple play zones which are suitable for different age groups.

For older kids aged 10 – 15, there’s the impact wall where they can climb and jump off using swing arms at varying heights.

If you’re hosting a party with a large group, Amazonia accepts bookings for multiple guests at a time. It also has a lounge bistro where parents can dine while keeping an eye on their kids.

Unfortunately, the play area can get a bit untidy later in the afternoon after most kids are done playing. The impact wall may also concern some parents who have younger children.

Overall, we really like the simple concept behind Amazonia and how creatively it’s been executed to create an engaging experience for children of all ages.

  • Based on popular kid’s show

  • Petite Tayo Kids Club

Cons

  • Can get crowded

Pororo Park is an indoor playground and events space located on Raffles Blvd. It is a licensed venue based on the popular kids’ show, Pororo the Penguin.

The play area has a variety of attractions including swings, seesaws, an octopus climbing wall, and a slide. It also has the Pororo Express Train, which is a train ride around a small track with scenery from Pororo’s world.

We love how huge the play structure is and the attention to detail on everything! The kids who come here will really enjoy their visit and the parents will be glad that the staff here is really friendly and helpful too.

If your child ends up loving this playground, you can subscribe to its membership packages which give you access to regular events and promotions.

We also appreciate that Pororo is an educational show, so some of the play equipment here are educational and can be used for learning activities, such as puzzles and sensory play.

Unfortunately, Pororo’s popularity is kind of a double-edged sword. The playground can get crowded during peak days because of how popular it is and it can get pretty noisy too because of the screaming kids.

Overall, however, this is a really enjoyable place for kids to play and we would definitely recommend it to parents with kids who are fans of the show.

Harbourfront Walk’s The Polliwogs is another exceptional indoor playground in Singapore that will keep your child entertained for hours on end. With plenty of tunnels, ramps, and play structures, there’s something for every age group to enjoy.

What makes this place stand out is its agility trials. These are designed to be safe and entertaining and can teach your kids to become more athletic and active as they progress.

For those with younger kids, there are regular slides and ball pits to keep them entertained as well. We love this place because of the variety it offers.

Another awesome feature of this indoor playground is its soft shooting arena. Here, kids can use Nerf guns to shoot at targets on the walls or play hide and seek with the other kids.

If you’re planning a party for your child, Polliwogs has a great party package perfect for inviting multiple kids over to celebrate their special day. With the fun they can have here, the experience will surely be memorable!

The only real drawback of Polliwogs is its pricing. The rates are a bit steep compared to other indoor playgrounds in Singapore, but this is mostly due to the fact that it has lots of play equipment and features.

The Joy Of Toys is a unique toy-based playground in Singapore that is perfect for kids aged 1 to 12.

Unlike most playgrounds, this promotes a more calm and less physical way of playing by allowing children to explore their creativity in a safe environment.

Instead of slides and trampolines, the establishment offers multiple toy chests filled with toys ranging from action figures to board games and puzzles. These are safe and non-toxic and are designed for kids to play with their parents or friends.

We love this unique approach to indoor playgrounds — it’s safe and encourages learning and creativity at the same time. It’s also accessible even for kids who have physical disabilities.

The Joy Of Toys has a lounge area for parents to enjoy coffee and snacks while their kids play. This is ideal for parents who want to keep an eye on their children without having to worry about them running around unsupervised.

However, the pricing can be steep and customers can only visit the place through an appointment.

Overall, because of the unique and safe way of playing it offers, we still highly recommend it for parents who want to play with their kids more often.

  • Huge play area
  • Great for parties
  • Always clean
  • Good option for younger teens too
  • Discount promos
  • Free workshops for member–parents

Cons

  • Can get crowded on weekends
  • Pricey

Kidz Amaze is another impressive indoor playground in Singapore. Its most famous attraction is the incredibly huge 3-story play area full of fun slides, climbing trees, and more.

We love that this indoor playground offers different rooms for toddlers and older kids, each with its own set of attractions.

Teens can have fun with their friends at the dedicated area for young adults, while toddlers can enjoy the jungle gym and the merry-go-round. Parents will also be glad that the establishment offers discount promos.

The slides and ball pits here are sanitized regularly and inspected for safety. This ensures that your kids will have lots of fun — without the risk of getting sick or hurt.

The facility also encourages imagination among children with its child-size furniture. Kids can play house with other kids here or even have their parents join them.

Kidz Amaze also has lounge areas where parents can get a coffee and a bite while they keep an eye on their kids. Overall, this is a great place to bring kids for a fun day out.

The only potential drawbacks of this place are its steep pricing and the fact that it can get crowded on weekends. We suggest calling the playground first to make sure it’s available before you set out with the kids.
