Orderly was founded by friends Rae Zhang and Vanessa Yip, who are both certified organisational specialists from Clutterbug. The company was born from their shared passion for organising.

They use “The Orderly Method” to help clients find their unique organising style. They focus on personalised systems based on individual thinking and operating techniques.

The team applies this approach to both residential and commercial spaces, from homes and offices to cafes and warehouses. 

Several customers praised the company for conducting a free virtual check a month after the service completion. They’ll inspect how you’re managing your space, and if needed, give you tips to help you navigate any challenges you may still face.

However, we heard that it’s difficult to secure a slot with them during peak season.

Nathalie Ricaud started Get Organised & Beyond in 2013, drawing from her expertise in planning warehouse spaces.

She provides hands-on home and life organisation coaching, helping clients sustainably arrange their homes and confidently manage the daily demands of life. She also assists in identifying the factors that prevent them from getting and staying organised.

Even better, you can opt for in-person or online sessions, depending on how eager you are to apply her teachings without physical assistance.

Some customers who value the encouragement and accountability of a supportive community love their online group sessions. Knowing that others are working alongside them inspires them to break through procrastination.

With such expertise and longevity, we discovered that her services are relatively expensive.

Kalm Organise is run by a team of professional home organisers who take pride in providing transformations without client participation. 

We find this approach beneficial to busy people who can’t be present during the organisation process. They offer targeted services, including the organisation of kitchens, wardrobes, storerooms, and play areas.

What sets them apart is that, unlike other companies, they conduct a paid face-to-face consultation. They believe that personally seeing your place will allow them to provide a much better service.

But because of their independence throughout the process, we think they’re not ideal if you want to add a personal touch to the organisation service.

Our Spruce Space prioritises simplicity, sustainability, and functionality without sacrificing aesthetics or quality. 

They offer remarkably low-cost services, starting from only $45 per hour with a minimum booking of three hours.

Paired with affordability are their various organising services, from home organisation to move-in and move-out assistance.

But for us, what makes them stand out are the add-ons to their main services. This includes the disposal of unwanted items, provision of home organisation tools, and layering the bottom of drawers and cabinets with protective sheets.

Some people, however, reported that they respond slowly to emails.

Clara Chew, a certified KonMari consultant, owns Reglow Living. She uses the KonMari method, teaching her clients to organise their belongings by category: clothes, books, papers, miscellaneous things, and sentimental items.

It’s worth noting that this approach requires active client participation, so it may not be the best fit if you have limited availability or prefer hands-off service.

She and her team offer a diverse range of services, from targeted and full home organisation to pre- and post-move assistance. They can also work with you both face-to-face and online. 

Plus, several customers we spoke to love the company’s daily availability, which makes it easy to fit sessions into their busy schedule without having to plan too far ahead.
