Darren Chua has been focused on the HDB resale market since 2008, so he’s had years of experience guiding clients through negotiations, offers, and closings. If you’re looking to buy or sell an HDB flat, that kind of track record gives him a solid edge. 

But Darren doesn’t stick solely to HDBs. He also handles condos and landed properties, which I know can be handy if you’re comparing options across different segments of the market.

They also market themselves as a CEA-recognised, award-winning agency, and the “free 3D virtual tour” perk is a nice touch for both sales and rentals. 

Clients often mention how they felt supported throughout the process, with agents guiding them step by step and looking out for their best interests. 

But due to their popularity, availability may be scarce.
