They’ve got this incredibly skilled team and have been serving over forty thousand happy customers for the past eleven years—now that’s what we call experience!

It doesn’t matter if you need your jeans or T-shirts resized, your suit tailored to fit just right, or your wedding dress to look absolutely flawless—they’ve got your back. They even handle more unique items like leather jackets and sportswear.

And don’t get us started on their private fitting service and express alterations—perfect if you’re in a rush or need something discreet.

One happy customer mentioned to us that the shop’s attention to detail and quality is top-notch. They had a minor issue, but it was all fixed up within five working days!

“Two of my favourite hoodie zipper head was totally wrecked due to my rough handling. I have been looking around for seamstress to repair it for the longest time, I always encounter the same response saying it can’t be repaired. However, I chanced upon Sally alteration and show her my beloved hoodies. She explained to me patiently and told me it can be done but will take awhile cause it is challenging. I left it with her before CNY and I managed to collect it today. Boy and I delighted !
