The 5 Best Headshot Studios in Singapore for Job-Winning Photos

  • Lighting and Equipment: I evaluated how each studio uses technical gear and natural-light setups to create flattering portraits. High-quality lighting prevents harsh shadows and ensures your features look clean and professional.

  • Posing Guidance: I looked at the level of active coaching provided during the session to help camera-shy clients feel relaxed. Good directors guide your posture and expressions so you never end up looking stiff or forced.

  • Turnaround Time: I checked how quickly the teams deliver the final edited digital assets to their clients. Fast delivery is essential when you need to update a resume or a LinkedIn profile on a tight schedule.

  • Value and Inclusions: I assessed what each package offers regarding retouched images, wardrobe changes, and usage rights. Clear pricing ensures you know exactly how many files you get without running into unexpected fees.

I’ll be honest, I used to think any decent photo could pass as a profile picture. Then I updated my LinkedIn with a quick selfie and immediately realized it looked more “rushed passport renewal” than “hire me.”

That’s when it hit me: a good headshot isn’t just about looking nice. It makes you look confident, approachable, and ready for the role or client you’re trying to land.

If you’re updating an executive profile, acting portfolio, or company team page, a blurry selfie just won’t cut it.

So I looked into the best headshot photographers in Singapore that locals trust for sharp, natural photos.

Address: Vertex, 33 Ubi Ave 3 #02-45

Contact: 93828465 | 97609070 | [email protected]

Hours: Monday to Sunday 10:30 AM – 07:00 PM

Shoot You SG is one of the go-to’s when you need corporate photos that don’t feel stiff or overly formal. If I were updating my LinkedIn profile, I’d probably book them for a clean individual portrait or a polished branding shoot.

The studio focuses on telling a customized, brand-focused story instead of just snapping a standard headshot. They’ve even earned the SME 500 2024 Trademark certification, which suggests they take their work seriously.

My colleague booked a session here last month, and she couldn’t stop talking about how relaxed the team made her feel. They kept the mood light and cheerful, which helped ease her camera anxiety pretty quickly.

The only thing to keep in mind is the Ubi location, which calls for an MRT walk that can feel rough in the heat!

Pros

  • Natural, non-stiff corporate photo style
  • Great for LinkedIn profile portraits
  • Customized, brand-focused visual storytelling
  • SME 500 2024 certified studio
  • Relaxed team eases camera anxiety

Cons

  • Ubi location may feel inconvenient

Hours: Tuesday to Sunday 10:00 am – 6:00 pm

Terra Headshots is a solid pick if you want professional images that still look like you.

The team’s creative director, Eddie Lim, guides your expressions step by step, so you’re not left awkwardly guessing what to do in front of the camera.

I also appreciate that they focus more on angles than heavy editing. The final portraits feel clean, sharp, and natural.

Their packages even include full hair and makeup styling, which is a huge plus. You can show up looking regular and let their makeup artist handle the rest!

That said, the Yishun location may be inconvenient if you work downtown. They also keep marketing rights to your images by default unless you pay extra to change that.

  • Step-by-step expression guidance provided
  • Full hair and makeup included
  • Strong focus on flattering angles

Their genuine care really shows

I had such a wonderful experience with Eddie and Joyce at Terra Headshots. Eddie guided me patiently through the shoot and even followed up afterwards to ensure I was happy with the photos. Joyce’s makeup made me feel so comfortable and confident. Their genuine care really shows — highly recommend! Thank you, Eddie and Joyce, for making this such a special experience.

Eddie didn’t fail to deliver

Highly recommend to professionals who want to have a formal headshot, a photo which can tell a story…”A story of your professional and vision!” I had an excellent experience working with Eddie, who I have personally known for more than 15years! I enjoyed the whole photoshoot as Eddie will make you very comfortable and enjoyable throughout the session. As a freelance professional photographer myself, I have demanded higher quality which Eddie didn’t fail to deliver!

Address: 125 Geylang East Ave 1

Contact: 8338 1249 | [email protected]

Hours: Monday to Sunday 8:00 am – 10:00 pm

Bespoke Photography is a top pick for camera-shy clients. This studio makes the whole process feel way less intimidating by having a dedicated posing assistant guide every smile, angle, and posture choice.

Plus, the sessions are only 15 minutes, so it’s great if you want something quick but still polished. I also liked that you can preview images on a monitor during the shoot. Final retouched files are ready in about a week, which is pretty convenient.

I tried their mobile corporate setup during our office wellness day, and honestly, the efficiency surprised me! They even use a dual-flash technique for outdoor shoots, helping soften harsh shadows while keeping the photos natural-looking.

Just note that their studio is in Geylang East, so lunchtime shoots may take extra travel time. Their base package is also quite limited, with only two finished images.

Pros

  • Dedicated assistant guides posing throughout session
  • Quick sessions still feel polished
  • Mobile corporate setup is highly efficient
  • Dual-flash technique softens outdoor shadows
  • Monitor previews help with photo selection
  • Retouched files ready within one week

Cons

  • Geylang East location may require travel
  • Lunchtime shoots can feel less convenient
  • Base package includes only two images

Punctual, professional, and incredibly responsive

Bespoke Photography was fantastic for our corporate headshot photoshoot! They were punctual, professional, and incredibly responsive to messages. The photographer, Tim,  and pose assistant went above and beyond to make everyone feel comfortable and confident, ensuring we looked our best. The experience was seamless, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. Highly recommend!

One of the most affordable around

Joel was very responsive and patient in responding to my queries about the corporate headshot package  . He was also very accommodating to my requests regarding payment. I had done checks with other photography studios and agencies regarding corporate headshots, and must say that Bespoke was one of the more, if not most, affordable around. At the same time, quality was not compromised and I got paired with Tim as my photographer who was able to accede to my requests for a more candid and light-hearted photo shoot, meeting my expectations in the eventual shots produced. Highly recommended!

Address: 219 River Valley Road, Level 2

Contact: +65 6235 7037 | +65 8718 5528 | [email protected]

Hours: Monday to Friday 9:00 am – 7:00 pm; Saturday 9:00 am – 6:30 pm; Sunday 9:00 am – 6:30 pm

It’s worth booking White Room Studio just for the setting alone. I’ll admit, the add-ons can get pricey, but that’s usually the trade-off when you’re getting portraits in such a gorgeous space!

The studio sits inside a restored Peranakan shophouse in River Valley, and the natural light here is a real win.

The large French windows and open balcony facing Fort Canning Park make the shots feel warm, polished, and less stiff than typical corporate headshots.

For personal branding, you can’t go wrong with their concept zones. There are five different setups, so you can capture a few professional moods in one session without changing locations.

Just keep in mind that corporate sessions are weekday-only and capped at 30 minutes.

Pros

  • Gorgeous restored Peranakan shophouse setting
  • Natural light creates warmer portraits
  • French windows add polished visual depth
  • Concept zones offer varied branding looks
  • Multiple professional moods in one session

Cons

  • Add-ons can get quite pricey
  • Corporate sessions are weekday-only
  • Sessions are capped at 30 minutes

Streamlined and professional

My family and I have had a wonderful experience using White Room Studios. The process from inquiry to receipt of the photos was streamlined and professional. The photography team was extremely creative and collaborative which what we were looking to achieve. If your looking for a professional headshot to family photos to baby photos – we highly recommend WRS!

Process was efficient and even fun

Yan did both my family portraits and corporate headshots both of which turned out fantastic.   Not generally a fan of taking photos, the process was efficient and even fun.  The studio is very large and well appointed with a variety of backdrops to create unique settings for the session.  Would highly recommend both the studio and the photog. Thanks!

5. JONTY photography

jonty-photography

Website: https://jontyphotography.com/

Address: 25 Tai Seng Avenue

Contact: +65 6673 2303 | [email protected]

Hours: Monday to Friday 9:00 am – 7:00 pm; Saturday 12:00 pm – 4:00 pm (By Appointment Only)

JONTY photography focuses entirely on corporate portraits, so you won’t see them juggling weddings or family shoots. Everything is built around business headshots, executive branding, and polished career photos.

Before coming here, I thought headshots were just quick photos against a plain backdrop, but I was proven wrong big time!

I was impressed by how technical the session felt. The lead photographer uses an engineering background to fine-tune the lighting, angles, and colors, making the final shots look sharp and professional.

They also offer full-body lifestyle portraits and unlimited outfit changes, which helps build a complete media library.

The real-time visual tethering is a huge plus, too. Your photos show up on a large monitor right away, so you can adjust your posture or expression as you go.

That said, JONTY Photography is appointment-only, so last-minute drop-ins won’t work. Pricing is also higher than standard studios, starting at $250.

Pros

  • Fully focused on corporate portrait photography
  • Strong lighting, angles, and color control
  • Real-time tethering allows instant adjustments
  • Full-body lifestyle portraits are available
  • Unlimited outfit changes support variety

Cons

  • Appointment-only setup limits spontaneity
  • Pricing starts higher than standard studios

He didn’t just tell how to pose; he explained why and how that little detail makes a difference

One of the great experiences with Jonty on how to pose for a headshot. The best part is that he didn’t just tell how to pose, he also explained why and how that little detail makes a difference . So great tips on how to pose in general- I think I am gonna take that away for my future shots 😊

I couldn’t be more impressed

I recently had a headshot session with Jonty and I couldn’t be more impressed! The session was comfortable and efficient, with Jonty giving great direction to ensure I looked my best. The final headshots were flawless—crisp, professional, and truly captured my personality. It’s clear that Jonty has an expert understanding of lighting, angles, and how to bring out the best in their subjects. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of a high-quality, professional headshot!
