The 5 Best Dog Daycare Centers in Singapore Your Pup Will Be Excited About

Handling Philosophy: We assessed how local teams interact with the animals to ensure a calm environment. Our choices focus on facilities that prioritize gentle guidance and positive reinforcement over stressful correction methods.

Daily Enrichment: We checked the structured routines and physical activities provided throughout the operating hours. A great daycare must offer a healthy mix of mental puzzles, sensory games, and physical play rather than unmonitored free-roaming.

Safety Protocols: We looked into the specific layout choices, supervisor-to-dog ratios, and mandatory entry requirements of each location.

Owner Communication: We considered the transparency and frequency of the updates sent to clients during the day. The selected providers regularly share media updates or custom report cards to keep busy owners completely connected.

Dropping your four-legged family member off at a care facility can feel pretty nerve-wracking, especially when you are juggling a packed work schedule or rushing off for a last-minute business trip.

Leaving them home alone all day often leads to chewed shoes or a very lonely pup, which is exactly why the right setup matters so much.

If you want your dog to socialize safely, burn off energy, and get plenty of attention while you are away, finding the best dog daycare in Singapore is the easiest way to get real peace of mind.

To help you find the perfect second home for your pup, here is a curated list of the top dog daycares in the city that’ll keep your companion happy and well looked after until you return.

Hours: Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM

If you’re hoping to find a space that treats your dog with real kindness, Up For Paws really stands out with its strict force-free learning approach.

The team relies fully on positive reinforcement. This helps build confidence and makes it a great fit for more sensitive pups who need a gentler environment.

They also keep things fresh with a rotating set of activities every few months. They mix in sensory play, foraging exercises, and mental puzzles to keep dogs engaged and curious.

I love that clients get regular photo updates and proper progress reports so they can actually see how their pup is doing with their custom routines.

And for those who are really quite busy, you’ll love that they offer a dedicated school bus-style van service, making drop-off and pick-up a lot easier.

Just keep in mind that every dog has to pass a readiness evaluation first, so you can’t just book a spot for day one without an initial assessment.

Pros

  • Force-free positive reinforcement
  • Rotating mental enrichment activities
  • Comprehensive daily progress updates
  • Optional door-to-door shuttle bus

Cons

  • Initial onboarding evaluation required

Milo’s Happy Daycare Days

Milo has been with up for paws for 6 months before we had to relocate overseas . He went once a week, and was LOOKING fward to his day care days. The minute he saw the puppy bus , he immediately jumped up and down excitedly! He came back exhausted and slept all night like a baby -:) Hurb and the amazing staff are extremely friendly and fur loving !! He got so much love and attention ❤️Milo really misses his day care days !!

Convenient Pickup and Loving Care

We had been sending Coco to UpforPaws since we moved to Singapore nearly 2 years ago from Canada. We opted in for their pick-up/drop off service making it incredibly convenient for us. They have a team of very attentive, dedicated dog lovers who ensure her daycare sessions are well documented with many photos and videos via her very own WhatsApp group. Sadly we’re moving back home and will miss the whole team dearly.

We also like that they provide a dedicated school bus service for transport. This already gives a sense of how organized and safety-focused the setup is.

A close friend of mine actually sent her golden retriever here and couldn’t stop talking about how secure the transportation felt, especially with its crash-tested safety features.

The facility itself follows a cage-free setup, where dogs can enjoy a calm, supervised environment. Light daily grooming like paw pad trimming and brushing can be part of the routine too.

If you need boarding, they’re fully licensed by the Animal & Veterinary Service (AVS), with overnight caregivers present at all times.

Do take note, though, that intact male dogs cannot board once they pass 2 years old.

Great Place for Dog Socialising

Great place to send your dog(s) for socialising. We’ve been sending our dog, Kimchi, here for the last 1 year and she loves it. Apart from daycare, they have other facilities like pickup and drop, grooming services etc. The icing on the cake is the staff. Absolute legends, especially Joelyn.

Nurturing and Personalised Dog Care

TAR really stands apart for their attention to each dog who spends time with them, be it for daycare or for staying, and even day trips. You can rest assured that they have the well being of each dog tailored to a tee and your dog would be in a place that is nurturing and attentive!

Nervous or easily overwhelmed dogs often struggle in hectic environments. That’s why we love that Aylabella Dog Boarding and Daycare uses a gentle, low-stress approach that really helps them settle in.

They maintain a cage-free layout during active hours for group socialization. They then transition dogs into private rooms with drawn curtains for a calmer midday rest.

Their enrichment schedule is thoughtfully planned, with interactive games, agility courses, and daily neighborhood walks that give dogs plenty of outdoor sniffing time.

When it comes to communication, we appreciate that the handlers send frequent video updates along with notes on eating habits, which really helped me feel at ease.

On top of that, staff members stay on-site 24 hours a day, so dogs are never left unattended.

Unfortunately, female pups in heat and unneutered males over 6 six months aren’t allowed in group daycare sessions.

Pros

  • Private curtained rooms for rest
  • Continuous 24/7 on-site handlers
  • Routine neighborhood outdoor walks
  • Frequent video and health updates

Cons

  • Strict bans on older unneutered dogs
  • Rigorous pre-enrollment screening process

Otah’s Happy Staycation

Otah had such a fun week-long staycaytion with Aylabella and we are super thankful for the constant updates, regular playtime, daily walks and diligent wiping down and grooming every day by the Aylabella team. Otah also earned lotsa belly rubs from the generous team! It was Otah’s first time boarding for such a long period of time and we were worried she would be anxious but she was so well taken care of we had nothing to worry about. It was also nice to see her having loads of play time with dogs! Will recommend!

Gentle Care for a Senior Dog

Boarded our 14 year old dog for the first time and was naturally very worried and nervous. However the team followed our instructions to a tee and provided TONS of updates throughout the day (to report on whether his poop was healthy, whether he ate well etc). We appreciate that the place is clean and there’s a routine to follow. I believe the team helped him integrate really well and he seems to enjoy his time there! He is in really good condition when we brought him home. We already booked another boarding stay for our next holiday.

Junior’s First Daycare Stay

Sent my boy Junior for his first daycare and boarding experience at WTNPP and he thoroughly enjoyed himself! My worries were put to rest through regular picture and video updates that showed he was clearly having all the fun there. The 2nd day I brought him in, he was so excited he zoomed in without looking back 😂. He even received a report card for his stay. Thanks to all the staff for taking good care of him and easing all my worries as a first timer.

Happy 12-Day Boarding Stay

Sent our dog Putih for a 12 day boarding stay and could tell she was treated kindly. Glad that the dogs can roam freely and interact with one another. She came back happy and well taken care of. Photos were also sent regularly for updates. Have sent for boarding many times and will continue to do so. Thank you!
