Guests are provided with a complimentary coffee each morning, and it also offers a breakfast buffet.

Cove is not very near commercial areas, so it’s best to come prepared with all daily essentials. The closest destination is the Changi Village Food Center, which is a 20-minute walk from the building. 

Cove’s rates start at $800 for basic rooms to $2,200 for deluxe rooms. Its prices are a bit above the average rate, however, it does offer plenty of discounts. 

Treetops Executive Residences is a very luxurious establishment with resort-style facilities. Its gorgeous landscape has an abundance of greenery and over 200 exotic plants all over the property.

Its relaxing ambiance is perfect for tourists as well as families looking for a quick getaway from day-to-day life.

Treetops Executive Residences offers 5-star amenities and services, including a free shuttle service, free breakfast, and even free parking for guests.

Guests who are bringing children with them will be happy to know that the building also has child-friendly areas such as playgrounds and kiddie pools. It also offers babysitting services for busy parents.

We do want to point out that Treetops Executive is very strict with registration, and it also has a policy for refusing accommodation to guests who plan to do group events, parties, and also pre-wedding events.

Treetops Executive also doesn’t allow guests to bring any pets on the property, even service animals for persons with disability.

There is a $1,000 deposit fee, which is refundable after the stay. The daily rates start at $520 for a one-bedroom superior and $670 for a two-bedroom superior. 

It’s significantly more expensive than other accommodations. However, its services and amenities are second to none.

Hmlet is a well-known short term accommodation in Singapore that combines traditional aesthetics with a modern twist. We know tourists and younger guests will enjoy this kind of ambiance.

It offers a special co-living accommodation by embracing its cultural location. It is conveniently located in the Tanjong Katong area, which is very close to Tanjong Pagar and Chinatown.

Hmlet is only minutes away from famous spots like Orchard Road and Sentosa Island which is a bonus if you plan to stay in a location that is also near tourist attractions. 

The amenities it has is quite diverse as well. It has yoga rooms, a swimming pool, a bar, and a shared kitchen to meet new friends.

We really appreciate the laundry service and regular housekeeping the building provides. These amenities add plenty of value to guests, especially the ones who plan to stay significantly longer.

The rooms each have a private bathroom, which is something most co-living accommodations don’t offer. There are also blackout curtains for added privacy for guests.

Hmlet’s weekly rates start at $870 for small rooms and $1,920 for two bedrooms with a kitchen. 

Its rates are in the expensive range and there are more affordable options out there. However, most don’t provide the valuable amenities Hmlet offers.

Lyf Funan Singapore has an intrinsic connection to Funan. It is comprised of two towers and a commercial mall, too. 

We like that it is able to accommodate plenty of guests, with 412 rooms in total. 

Guests can enjoy all the valuable amenities that a 4-star hotel offers. For starters, it’s open 24/7, which is perfect for those looking for a quick getaway, as well as incoming tourists.

There is also a fitness center, a shared lounge area, and even meeting rooms for business-related activities. 

The building is located in the center of the Civic and Cultural District and is surrounded by historical monuments, restaurants, and other tourist attractions. It is also a 5-minute walk from the nearest bust stop and MRT station.

Lyf Funan Singapore is an excellent choice for tourists who want to be near all the tourist spots while not needing to travel around constantly. 

Tourists who are concerned about safety will enjoy its 24-hour surveillance, as well as the hotel security team.

Each room has an ensuite bathroom with complimentary toiletries. However, it only offers one-time complimentary housekeeping.

All of the apartments of Figment are fully furnished and ready to accommodate guests who are looking for the best staycation experience. 

We went to the Emerald Hill branch where the staff was friendly and always made sure we were comfortable. It has a weekly housekeeping schedule and on-call maintenance for emergencies.

We do recommend locking your rooms since there are no CCTVs guarding the hallways. However, it does have CCTVs for co-living areas.

We particularly like its remarkable room designs that are akin to Singapore’s heritage homes. Figment’s integration of Singapore’s culture is surely something customers will love, especially tourists who want to feel immersed.

The curated interiors also have traditional furniture and paintings carefully selected to elevate the ambiance of elegance and simplicity. 

Figment’s rates start at $1,500 to $2,700 per month — definitely in the more pricey range. 

We also want to point out that the $1,500 does not come with a private bathroom. Guests will be sharing a general club bathroom.
