“I had joined EU Holiday tours 3 times and the latest 10 days 7 nights winter experience Finland tour with Sing Wen is by far THE BEST experiences that ticks a few FIRST experiences in my bucket list – King Crab Safari, Snowmobile experience, Husky and Reindeer rides, Arctic Ice Floating, stay in a luxury igloo to catch the northern lights (we had her 4 nights in the row when we were in Lapland). Prior to the trip Sing Wen did her extra miles to prepare a detailed itinerary for each day so that we are very informed on what exact activities and timing so that we can prep ourselves. She is very caring and attentive, making extra efforts to make sure we are well taken care of. Love her passion in her works, very knowledgeable and did not keep things to herself. Her photography skills are awesome and she would take and share our pictures individually. She took and share our videos for every activities that we had.
