One problem we see, though, is its transparency with pricing, whether it be hidden costs or giving wrong quotations and rates.

Another thing we noted is the quotations given by the sales agent are not only affordable but precise. Since the services here are more affordable compared to other agencies, there are some problems that come with it.
With some clients we were able to contact, there were cases in which the helpers assigned to them were somewhat unprofessional and unable to perform simple tasks that could be done by any other maid.
Another problem here is the lack of transparency with the company’s rates. Since it offers a wide variety of packages, the prices may vary from one package to another.
