On several occasions, we saw that the painting crews assigned to different clients tend to have a habit of rushing their jobs. 3-day projects get finished in 1-2 days. 

Some crews also don’t have a supervisor to oversee the painting job.

Another problem we found is the lack of after-service support. Nippon Paint provides its clients with free touch-up services, as long as it’s within the terms and conditions — but this isn’t always the case.

Previous clients we reached out to said that their touch-up requests or even just simple feedback weren’t accommodated.

What we liked about this company is that while it promotes quality service as well as professionals, its prices and paint choices are relatively cheaper compared to its competitors.

The company is transparent with its pricing, as well as quotations during the onsite visit, which is something we are fond of.
