The setup is pretty direct. You log in through the Health Buddy app, book a slot, and wait for a secure Zoom link to arrive. 

Doctors on the other end are fully licensed SingHealth physicians trained in telemedicine protocols, ready to issue MCs, prescriptions, and even referral letters when necessary.

What sets SingHealth apart is its clear pricing structure and government subsidies. Singaporeans and PRs enjoy significantly lower rates, with flexible payment options and Medisave claims baked in. 

Medication delivery is well-handled, too: same-day for general conditions, and free multi-day delivery for chronic follow-ups or family planning needs.

The system does come with limitations. It’s strictly for adults and slots—especially same-day ones—can be snapped up fast. 

Convenient for them to book a slot in the Polyclinic and to get their medication via this app.

Dr. Anywhere is an all-rounder app for health. They have doctor consultations, therapy sessions, lactation support, specialist care, nutrition coaching—you name it. 

I think the best part is that it’s 24/7 and literally available from your phone!

Booking a session is meant to be easy—just tap through the app, and a doctor will be with you in minutes, even at 3 AM. 

For most GP concerns, you can get MCs, referrals, and prescriptions all in-app. Delivery is quick, too, usually under 3 hours, and medical records are saved neatly for easy access.

Beyond coughs and fevers, you can also speak with dermatologists, paediatricians, psychologists, and certified lactation consultants—all properly licensed and MOH-certified. 

The platform rolls out frequent promos, student rates, and subscription plans if you’re looking to commit. But it does get a little pricey if you’re seeing specialists or booking late at night. 

The prompt communications and coordination made the whole process very fuss-free!

I stumbled on Really Sick the same way most people do—half-asleep, sick, and typing “MC online” into a browser.

Starting at S$10 for a simple consult, the pricing is unbeatable. You know what you’re paying for upfront, and that clarity has made it a hit with students or anyone on a budget.

It’s also incredibly easy to use. There’s no app—just hop onto their browser-based platform and log in via Singpass or MyInfo. 

Once you’re in, you can get checked for minor issues, meaning headaches, colds, or cramps. If it’s for anything serious, I suggest you head to an on-site clinic instead.

You’ll then meet SMC-registered doctors for the online consults. Their names and credentials are displayed onscreen, so you know exactly who you’re speaking to.

I’d say there are a few issues, though. Some users mention that the delivery details are vague and the service is limited.

The app lets you choose the kind of consult you need—teleconsult, clinic visit, or even a hotel or home appointment. 

You’ll be able to see the doctor’s profile, check what languages they speak, and view prices before booking. For those with travel insurance, some consults may even be cashless. 

I’ve been told that it’s even handy for quick, non-emergency care like food poisoning, sore throats, or prescription refills.

All doctors listed on the platform are vetted local practitioners. You can filter by specialty, gender, and language, and there’s a broad network to choose from—GPs, dermatologists, orthopedists, paediatricians, gynaecologists, and dentists. 

Just note that you’ll need to head to a pharmacy to pick up any prescribed meds—Air Doctor doesn’t handle medication delivery.
