Pros
- Just beside the Regent S’pore bus stop
- Beautiful interiors and posh atmosphere
- Wide range of tea and food options
- Well-renowned establishment
- Ideal for any occasion
Cons
- Expensive rates
- Opens late in the afternoon
The Tea Lounge at Conrad Orchard is situated along Cuscaden Road, which is just beside the Regent S’pore bus stop. It is open all week long but it opens quite late during weekdays.
Keep in mind that on weekends, Tea Lounge has a staggered operating schedule and is on break between 2:15 pm to 3 pm.
It has a beautiful modern colonial garden, which creates a posh atmosphere. This place is ideal for relaxing sessions or even business meetings.
The flavors of spring are the inspiration for this establishment’s most recent high tea menu.
Customers also enjoy dishes that include sweet treats like Amalfi Lemon Almond Meringue Tarts and Ivory Chocolate Panna Cotta with Mandarin Compote.
Meanwhile, Tea Lounge has created a lavish buffet to share with your family or friends and because of its wide range of selections, it has become well-renowned as one of the best high tea establishments in Singapore.
When we interviewed customers, they said they particularly liked this restaurant’s Porcini Mushroom-Crusted Wagyu Beef with Yorkshire Pudding and Black Truffle Sauce. We also liked the Velvety Yuzu Confit Wild Salmon with Ponzu Sauce.
This establishment is one of the few places that offers great options for those who want a wide range of food to go along with their tea sessions. The only downside we gathered is that its rates are quite expensive — high tea starts at $88.

Pros
- 5-minute walk from the Bef Baker Street bus stop
- Open all week
- Closes late
- Known as Singapore’s best high tea venue
- Pet-friendly establishment
- Has a diverse menu
- Affordable tea
Cons
- Limited tea offerings
Wildseed Cafe is located in The Summerhouse. It is just a 5-minute stroll from the Bef Baker Street bus stop.
It is open all week but is unavailable from 4:30 pm to 5 pm. This establishment closes relatively later than its competitors, which makes it an ideal destination for late high tea sessions.
Wildseed Cafe is located in a gorgeous natural setting and is decorated with creative dried flowers. It is no surprise to us that it is known as Singapore’s best high tea venue for a private and intimate event with your partner or family.
Another thing that’s noteworthy is that Wildseed Cafe is a pet-friendly establishment. This makes it an ideal destination for fur parents who are seeking to unwind with their favorite cup of tea.
This cafe features all the crowd’s favorite snacks like madeleines, macarons, cakes, and tarts. Although, Wildseed’s tea menu is not as diverse as other entries on this list.
However, it has other specialty drinks like smoothies or juices that pair well with its side dishes. Its rate starts at $6, which is quite affordable even though it lacks variety.
What Wildseed Cafe lacks in tea offerings, it makes up for with its lunch menu. Besides light snacks, this establishment serves heartier dishes like pizza, burgers, and grilled seafood, to name a few.

Pros
- 5-minute walk from the Opp Duo Residences bus stop
- Closes later in the evening
- Posh interiors and elegant atmosphere
- Wide range of tea and food options
Cons
- Reservations are necessary
- Closed on Mondays
- Expensive rates
Atlas is found inside Parkview Square building, which is just a 5-minute walk from the Opp Duo Residences bus stop.
It has a straightforward operating schedule and closes much later in the evening. However, it is closed on Mondays and opens a bit late at 12 pm.
The gorgeous lobby bar at Parkview Square, with its art deco design, is the perfect place to unwind with a few cups of tea. The posh atmosphere and modern interiors make it a great place for dates or family gatherings.
If you want to impress your date, ATLAS is the best high tea spot in Singapore. Its Instagrammable premises are decked up from floor to ceiling in glitzy art deco.
The upscale establishment also offers the ATLAS High Tea Set, which includes a variety of salty and sweet foods like Iberico Jamon Toast, Lobster Crostini, and Strawberry Fruit Pastry.
The set is quite expensive as it starts at $64. Customers also need to make reservations at least a day before availing of this package, which makes it a bit inconvenient for spontaneous trips.
However, its tea offerings are quite diverse compared to other entries on this list. It has classic options such as Earl Grey and English Breakfast, as well as Oolong selections like Osmanthus and Jin Xuan.

Pros
- Just beside the Opp Orchard Station bus stop
- Consistent operating hours
- Closes later in the evening
- Comprehensive tea and food options
- Exquisite interiors
Cons
- Expensive rates
- Limited ala carte options
TWG Tea is located inside ION Orchard, which is just beside the Opp Orchard Station bus stop. Its business hours are consistent from Monday to Sunday, which makes it relatively easier to set high tea sessions throughout the week.
The cafe has a lovely open structure and atmosphere, making it one of Singapore’s best spots for stimulating conversations over tasty dishes and beverages. In fact, TWG is considered one of Singapore’s destinations for high tea.
This establishment is ideal for those who are seeking to pamper themselves or impress their business partners.
It also offers a choice of sandwiches to go with your session. The TWG set includes muffins, scones, sandwiches, and desserts like truffles.
We are impressed by the options available here. Besides having the most comprehensive tea options on this list, it also has plenty of food options like Smoked Duck Salad, Beef Lasagna, and Wagyu Burgers.
However, TWG’s rates are quite expensive, which is something we expected given its reputation for high-quality products. Its signature tea is going to cost you already $56, however, it includes a dish and cold beverage of your choice.
There’s a more affordable option, which is called the Classic and it costs $30. Be that as it may, it’s worth the price tag if you are looking for a complete high tea experience.

Pros
- Just beside the Opp Orchard Station bus stop
- Consistent operating hours
- Closes later in the evening
- Comprehensive tea and food options
- Exquisite interiors
Cons
- Expensive rates
- Limited ala carte options
SKAI is found in Hotel Swissôtel, which is just a 5-minute walk from the Raffles Hotel bus stop.
It has a regular business schedule. However, on Saturdays, it’s unavailable from 5 pm to 6 pm.
Unfortunately, this establishment is not open on Sundays. Reservations are also required, so get in touch first before arriving.
SKAI’s main selling point, other than its wide range of options, is its setting because the establishment is 70 stories above the ground. The interiors feature Japanese accents, which elevate the quality of the overall experience.
We particularly like that its tea offerings are paired with selected desserts like Sunflower Shortbread and Dark Rum Vanilla Canella.
This family-friendly cafe features a number of crowd-favorite snacks, such as macarons and bonbons on a cherry blossom tree stand, foie gras with shiso, plum jam, and beet buns.
While it has one of the most comprehensive menus on this list, its options for hot or cold teas fall a bit short. Moreover, because of its upscale reputation, it’s relatively more expensive than its competitors.
SKAI’s premium high tea costs $78 and is only available from Monday to Friday. If you prefer having sessions over the weekend, we suggest checking out our other entries here.
