I am amazed by their work and speed
I am amazed by their work and speed in completing 4 windows (one kitchen, one living room and 2 rooms) for 3-room HDB flat. We have never change our the windows and grills for almost 43 years and they manage to remove, fix it, ensure everything works perfectly in less than 5 hours which it suppose to take 5-6 hours.
Their staff is well trained in removing, fixing and work in a limited space provided. To emphasize, within 5 hours is including of cleaning the spaces use and they are very thorough with their cleaning too.

Alex was extremely professional throughout the process and provided information and advice without any pressure or obligation to use his services. We ended up purchasing a full set of grilles and windows (double-glazed casement and sliding) for the entire house around a year ago. Loved our new slide and swing windows! A little on the pricier side but I think it’s worth it because I can now clean both sides of the window without having to reach outside the window. They also offered a wide range of colors for us to choose from, including non-standard colors like ivory and beige.

The workers were fast and efficient
5 STARS service and 5 STARS for the carpentry work. I called them on Tuesday, Salesman came on Wednesday and work done on Friday. The Sales representative Mr Chai was very accommodating. He managed to squeeze in an earlier date due to my busy work schedule. I am impressed.
As for the carpentry, the workers were fast and efficient. Within 02 hours everything done. I did a window grille , store room folding door, sliding door to kitchen area and few miscellaneous work. All under 02 hours.
